Let me begin by saying that KC is a great 3 point shooter when she is on. Her defense is lacking because she is not very quick. She would be great at going to the hole but her dribble is way too high. Good teams are going to steal the ball every time like Smyrna did. She's just not a well rounded player.

Big Chief, I believe that I started my post with sayin that we "dont understand." You're taking this a little too personal, I was not ripping him nor did I say that he was retarted, merely that we "don't understand." Also, just to let you know, I am not a parent nor am I related to anyone on the team. Just enjoy basketball and have followed/watched the team for several years.

to correct worden55, they have 4 seniors not 3. Muniz had the highest 3 point percentage up until 3 games ago and still didn't get much playing time. Casey's shot may not be falling but she's a great defensive player and hustles up and down the court. Not all of the players do that. Most of us that are in the stands for every game don't understand Fryer's philosophy at all. There are some players that are allowed to play through their mistakes which builds their confidence and then there are others who are pulled out at the first misstep. Needless to say the players who are pulled out quickly never really get their confidence up and the coach is to blame for that. The Smyrna game could have been won if Fryer would have used his bench and wore the Smyrna team out with fresh legs. but he chooses to stick with his game plan even if they are losing. To me subbing only 1 (Borroughs?)person throughout the game and then subbing a player who has sat for the entire game (Muniz) with 1 minute left to play to shoot the tying basket doesn't make sense. Smyrna knew exactly what was going down and played an effective defense.

Casey is a great player, and an even better person! You hit the nail on the head...she could help the team "if he would let her."

She isn't playing as much as last year. Guess Fryer is looking forward to next year as was mentioned early in this thread. Rumor is that he is going to take the Football Head Coaching job open at MJ.

Can someone please tell me why Sara Muniz is being benched? Is she hurt?

I saw the Mt. Juliet game last night. Congrats girls. However, I've heard that #15 transferred from Blackman at the beginning of the season. I thought that you had to sit out a year before becoming eligible to play. Can someone please clear this up for me? Thanks!
