Proud of our boys. Clearly outmatched but never gave up. This game could have been closer had the ball bounced the right way several times.

Same question. I know when I played I would have bragged about being "recruited". Kids talk. Again, it's not their fault but it's naive to think they don't know.

You don't think these kids talk to one another? I think it's naive to thing otherwise.

HERE'S THE THING..........Powell kids know if there are team mates that don't belong on the team. Sure, they are not responsible for it but they are going to suffer all the same. What about the honest player that loses his starting position because they brought in a ringer?

They may very well "take it out" on Rhea County but our young men will be able to look in the mirror the next morning. You may cheat yourself to a few wins here and there but the day of reckoning always seems to come. If the Eagles miraculously win this game they will have done it the right way and not "if you are not cheating you ain't trying" GO EAGLES!

I remember Rhea County going up to Oak Ridge a few years back and everyone was saying the same thing. I know we are big underdogs as we should be, but strange things happen sometimes.............Go Eagles!

Could be the best game of the year. Hope Rhea's injured starters are back. I pick Rhea in a close one.

We have to do the same thing we did against the Owls. Run the clock....................Long, sustained drives and throw the ball just enough to keep them honest. GO EAGLES!

The reason I don't like our offense is I think it is a detriment to our defense. I think the reason we are so bad against the pass is because we don't get to practice against a decent passer, thus not having a clue how to defend. Just my thoughts. Also, with these type of running games you can run over teams with less physical strength and talent. But when you meet a team that equals those two things you're beat. There is a reason nobody runs this offense anymore. Again, just my thoughts. But as always..............GO EAGLES!!

I think the only chance we have is to have long sustained drives that eat up the clock. We can't get into a shootout with them with the way they can throw the ball and for Gods sake keep their receivers in front of us. I don't like our chances in this one but still say...............GO EAGLES!

If the Eagles can cut down on turnovers and penalties they have a chance. But that's a tall order with the way this season has gone........Hoping for the best. GO EAGLES!
