I’ve not seen Riverside, but if they can matchup athletically… they would have to be the favorites due to ER being so undisciplined.

Riverside didn’t match up athletically with Fairley and in my opinion they were the most athletic in 2A so I don’t think Riverside needs to match up athletically with ER they just need to stick with what they’ve done the past 2 weeks which is ball control and playing defense

I’m gonna go 30-14 Riverside

If you think that the Riverside you saw in the regular season is the same team you are obviously not familiar with Riverside this year or in past years and Huntington would beat any 2A team in East TN they were just unlucky enough to play Riverside

I don’t think it will be a cake walk by any means I could see a game a lot like tonight Frost has outcoached every coach on the way to this point 2nd half adjustments will decide it and I’m taking frosty against any coach in the state on an even playing field

Had me worried in the 2nd half but strength and discipline won over speed and athleticism tonight

Two big plays have Fairley in this one. a bad fumble call on the first play that resulted in a TD and a jump ball against double coverage on 4th where the receiver just mossed them in the end-zone. I think if riverside gets a stop to start the half they win and if they get scored on I think they lose

Fairley is probably the fastest team I’ve ever seen riverside play

I was talking about Fairley running some wing T formations later in the season but you’re right Frost always puts together more power running formations for the playoffs to impose their will on inferior teams In the trenches which I think you’ll see this game. Fairley likes to load the box and just play man coverage on the outside which they are very good to help against the run I personally don’t see Riverside passing much unless it’s quick stuff
