I think it will be a great game. I think HC and NE are the best two 5a teams west of Nashville. HC has great talent and great coaching every year, plus they have 5a numbers in 3 grades. Heck I don’t think a Clarksville team has beat HC in like 5 years. But NE has everything to gain and nothing to lose by wining out, so that does make them a scary team.

Don’t get me wrong when your actively recruiting you should get in trouble. Trust me no one in Clarksville will get away with any violations. But when there is a mistake made by administration it should not cost you all your wins. But when you wait to report someone, when you have know about it until late in the season that is wrong. Tssaa needs to make a cut off when you can turn in violations like that. But correct me if I’m wrong but I thought Knox county has open enrollment like some counties in TN. If you have open enrollment I’m sure you’ll have a few really great football schools.

You sound like you might be the guy who turned in NE and CHS. Everyone knows who turned both teams in. No matter how you spin it this guy likes to see Clarksville teams down because his teams are not that great. That’s all I have to say about this.

Mistakes happen but to correct the mistake you turn it in week one not week five.

So they should be lucky lol. If they wanted to do the right thing they would have turned it in before the season or week one not week five. It is pitiful for anyone would with hold stuff like that till late in the season just to hurt a team full of kids. But I’m sure the people who turned them in eat at sheppys steakhouse already.

I don’t know if you’ve seen NE play this year but even without that kid they would be 6-0. So what Coach would ever knowingly play a ineligible player?

I would like to know who NE has recruited? If a kid moves in your zone they play there. NE is a public school you know.I am sure you have no clue who turned it in. But far as everything else goes it’s just funny how everything gets turned in the week they play WC, I would hope the old NE head coach would not do that to kids he use to coach, it would be even worse if they knew since the start of the year and waited to turn it in, but who knows. The administration prob forgot to do the proper paper work on a kid that has been there since last spring. But at the end of the day no matter what happens it sucks for the kids. But I bet you’ll see NE in the playoffs still. Every team in Montgomery county has decent to great talent every year, but as you have seen so far this year and every year the better coach’s bring out the best in there kids.
