i would not be surprised by a golden tornado win tonight in trenton....uc always takes it to another level for the playoff run....darn fine coach.

if haywood can avoid the flags on themselves it might be a game. However from what i saw during the game against Briarcrest. they must have had 10 personal flags called on them in the 4th quarter alone. 

i like ravenwood....but whomever moves on to round 4 will not enjoy the whipping they take the next week.

the brentwood crowd was very disappointing. the qb for independence had been pulled early in the first half to get back into the game and lead the comeback. However he was selfish and should have just given the ball to sheffield on the wr sweep on the last play instead of trying to make a play and be the hero himself.

David Barker will NOT get that job. i was told that Simpson does NOT like him for his son. Ward may be there but imo his is just trying to get a raise from Crockett. i heard from a radio source in Carroll county that Swenson is considering the job.

false i have posted in this thread......but yes i agree freedom prep has their eyes focused on next week and not the task at hand for sure. Going to be an interesting game for them. Go jackets!!

i hate our kids going to have to travel and miss the local rivalries against trenton, humbolt,middleton,adamsville, union city and etc. think tca will compete very well in this district though.

i agree but the camps they offer now do allow a small school prospect to show what he has against other d 1 level players as well. Look at Eric Grey and the offers he has an example.

i am going to this game tonight on my way to Knoxville.  Two great programs and very excited to witness some playoff football. Brentwood won earlier this year 42-31 and i expect another shootout tonight. i think it will be a touchdown or less difference tonight. Independence is very well coached and will not be beat twice easily.

Utm has barely missed the playoffs several years....maybe not this season but Simpson ain't going anywhere...imo Josh Puckett from Lake County would be good hire. Grew up in Greenfield not far down the road and has shown what he can do in Lake County.I think Matt McConnell would be great hire as well.
