Arby's Classic game 6 final. Kell 92, Greeneville 42. The Longhorns are legit and are the front runner for heavy betting favorite to get to game 30 on Saturday for the Arby's title. They'll face Harlan County in quarterfinal 2 on Thursday. Greene Devils fall to the losers bracket and will face Oak Ridge on Thursday morning.

Arby's Classic game 5 final. Harlan County 67, Oak Ridge 57 Trent Noah is legit.

Arby's Classic game 4 final. Mentor 99, Sullivan East 76 Cardinals set the Arby's Classic single game record with 17 made 3's Mentor advances to Thursday's quarterfinals to play George Wythe Sullivan East drops to the losers bracket to play Dorman on Thursday morning.

Well with Mentor up 23 at the half, it's safe to say Mentor and G-Dub will meet in Thursday's first quarterfinal. Going to be a blast to watch. G-Dub love to shoot three's. Mentor has always and still do love to shoot three's. Get to Viking Hall early for Thursday's evening session. Going to be fun.

Via the Arby's Classic program: George Wythe 460 students Dorman 4010 students Yet the school 10 times the size of the other lost today. Unbelievable. I think the G-Dub enrollment is off because pretty sure you have to have less than 450 to be single A in Virginia.

A school with an enrollment of less than 450 shouldn't ever beat a school with an enrollment of 3000 plus in anything. But it happened today. I know G-Dub is good. I saw them with my own eyes make 13 3's in a quarter last year against Twin Springs in the state tournament. But that's Twin Springs not Dorman.

I think I can mark up another loss for my Dobyns-Bennett Indians later in the year now. We play G-Dub in the Virginia High tournament in January.

Arby's Classic game 3 final! George Wythe 56, Dorman 45. Shocking. That's all there is to say! Easily one of the biggest upsets in Arby's History. Couldn't be happier for Southwest Virginia's own Maroons!

This is easily one of the biggest upsets in tournament history if G-Dub holds on to this. Up 9 with 4:20 to play.

Arby's Classic game 2 final. Maryville 60, Daniel Boone 43. Red Rebels play into the main bracket and face Imhotep, PA tomorrow. Trailblazers fall into the consolation bracket and will face Tabernacle Baptist tomorrow.

Tim Hayes, Bristol Herald Courier sports writer, has the all time Tabernacle take: "Tabernacle would be a mid-pack team in the Hogoheegee District." The Hogoheegee is a 1A district in SWVA which typically doesn't produce state title contenders for those not in the know.

Tennessee High over Tabernacle Baptist Maryville over Daniel Boone (by a lot) Dorman over George Wythe (by a lot) Mentor over Sullivan East (by a lot) Oak Ridge over Harlan County (this will probably be the game of the day and maybe the entire tournament) Kell over Greeneville (though the Greene Devils have the recent history of being the one local team who can scrap and win a game or two, so who knows)

The team y'all played in the first game, Wise Central is a high quality program as well. Always a contender to win VHSL 2A state titles. Was runner up last year but that's because the current star player was severely limited with an ankle injury. Current star player will have set most of the VHSL records, including scoring, by the time she is done.
