So only way you can make the Haywood program better is that you win the TSSAA championship! That is a lot of pressure from a program that haven’t won a chip! Nobody in the area has won(besides Trenton, Lake County)

    A lot of fans didnt like that but when they so how Simmons could not really coach there were wishing Kendall was still the coach

    He is good friend of mine and he wanted more money and they would not give it to him which is so sad they used paperwork excuse not to pay him when he left Haywood he had a lot job offers

I was there last night, if it was for the unlikely Burfford steal & layup y’all lose by 1. We all knew coming in Bolivar would not have any kind of post players. So of course Douglass big game didn’t surprise me 32 points 24 rebounds & 9 blocks ( not official numbers) 

    We hung in there and we got to make free throws

    2) Fayette-Ware 

    3) Bolivar 

    4) Haywood 

    We lost a tough game against Fayette-Ware they beat us by four points we will be ready by tournament time where anything can happen

    Covington and Fayette-Ware are the top 2, BUT Bolivar isn't gonna go quietly. And Haywood at 3-11, took apart 9-4 Ripley by 25. 
     

    Fayette-Ware is at Haywood Friday

    Covington is at Bolivar.

    Should tell us more about this district.

    Haywood is getting better dont let there record fool u I want to see how they do Friday when Fayette-Ware comes to town

Bolivar pushed SS to the limit, but down the stretch SS prevailed even missing 4 clutch FTs in a row. The Maclin kid looked like a phenom on a breakaway dunk over a Bolivar kid who tried taking a charge. And the huge kid inside is massive. I'll hold to my word, no one in West Tn outside of Memphis beats them

    I wonder why Covington think they are the best in Tn. I have told there fans that Southside is on a another level

    I said it at the region tournament last year that I think Fuller over-coached or out coached himself vs SGC that led to that their loss. Depending on the defensive approach and the rotation he uses will determine their destiny. No one around here will match up with them. #35 is huge and may be the strongest HS player I have ever seen. The guards are fast, athletic and seems like they can shoot it pretty good.

    I am with u on this they should roll past everyone.
