  1. Oakland would defeat any offense they faced regardless of the system. I honestly think Oakland would have crushed CPA, BA, MBA or anyone else to mention. Jimmys and Joes mean a lot more in the system than the system itself . A lot of people just like the show of spread offense, but as a defensive guy a well oiled and multiple formation Wing T team is pretty difficult to deal with. its hard to prepare for midline, veer, sally, Criss cross as well as the pass game in one week than the more common spread offense. Deception is the DEVIL in HS football.

Williams was successful at Blackman, but that was as an assistant. I agree with about the Antioch job but the previous hires have not panned out. Hillwood will be a sought after job when they move to Bellvue. I thought Brown was the coach in waiting at Hillsboro.

Williams will land on his feet somewhere if that's the case, real good guy and coach. He knows defense, Antioch is a dumpster fire at the moment, Brown is the coach in waiting in Green Hills therefore I do think the other spartan alum would go to Mcg if offered but that's not the job he is eyeing. Waite leaving East Nashville could change a lot of staffs in metro

SHESSSSHHHH You're right. I think he is a great coach and even better man. Crossed paths a time before and the guy loves Greeneville and football. I was just asking from previous post stating they heard this was his last year

  4. Big Difference in winning programs and non winning programs. Look at how successful the Knox County athletics are, They eat weights and adjust things to make sure athletics are taken care of. I don't of any Metro school that has weight room and make sure all their athletes are enrolled in the course but I could be wrong
