  1. FINAL 9U Tennessee Outlaws Baseball Tryout Saturday July 20th and Sunday July 21st 5:00 210 Todd Lane in Smyrna The Tennessee Outlaws Baseball Club has been coaching teams for more than 15 years. We have 6 players returning this season who played up in kid-pitch last year. We are looking for dedicated players to complete our roster. The leap from coach-pitch to kid-pitch is HUGE, so learning how to pitch the correct way the first time is essential. We stress: - fundamentals of pitching, fielding, and hitting - good sportsmanship on and off the field - strong work ethic Players are still growing and developing at this age, so protecting young pitchers' arms is a must. In addition to tracking the number of pitches each player has throughout the season to prevent overuse, we teach players the appropriate ways to stretch and take care of their arms. Our coaching staff has the experience of seasoned players and coaches who truly enjoy helping each player reach his full potential. One of our goals is to prepare players for middle and high school ball. For that reason, each player learns to play multiple positions. If you have any questions or need to schedule an individual tryout, contact Jason Moseley (533-3513). All positions are open!
