The score in regular season Cf 20-13

Playoffs OS 20-13 ..skin of our teeth for both, 2 great games I personally hate that #27 from coalfield out of it,but curious to see how the defense holds up without #42 and #27...OS o ly lost 3, 2 starters. It will be a great Thursday night rivalry game. But the region will tough

    Rockwood will be good

Harriman only lost 3,they will surprise folks

Greenback,we will see what they bring in

    Oliver Springs will be solid

Coalfield will be good, curious to see if the rumors are true

Rumors??? Surely they haven’t been doin some off season recruitin?? :roflolk:

Coalfield will mop the floor with the Indians again this year. The tribe just can't deal with a yellow jacket nest.

Them yeller jackets better just be worrying bout them Bobcats. I mean they seemed to know how to deal with a yeller jacket nest pretty good back in November.

What’s everyone’s thoughts on the upcoming year? Hoping for another step forward, can’t use youth and inexperience as an excuse anymore!

MoonMan!! We better get some discipline and toughness if we wanna make noise in November!

El Ray's is one step above Taco Bell. Jarred pico, terrible guac, steak is dry.

York has been having attitude issues all year and it just kept building and building. They really let that #1 ranking go to their heads as the weeks went on. It's usually the same ones game after game. I won't bring up names but it's the same ones over and over. They are actually good kids off the field but they act like idiots once they start playing. I think the staff was having difficulties trying to toe the line between swagger/confidence and cockiness/disrespectfulness. They obviously didn't succeed. It was mostly their stars and senior leaders that were the culprits so that makes it hard because the other kids see that and think it's ok and follow along. It will be interesting to see how they act next year. They will have to replace a ton of players and their schedule will be tough. Region 2 will be a much more competitive region next year.

Football talk I agree with you! Now the food talk we will agree to disagree

Shaun and Taylor’s brother Kaden will be a freshman next year. Have a couple Princes coming in the next cycle I think. Theirs another groves on the team I forgot his name though. Plays corner and is a promising sophomore, had 2 pics vs Smith.

Hey let em know that if they ever wanna play else where Oneida would gladly take them :roflol:

Careful guys I got scolded Saturday on this thread for commenting on the actions of the York players. I was reminded that these are children and I shouldn’t comment on how they have been raised or their actions. Instead I need to look in the mirror,

I am beginning to think that ER is the one totally at fault for everything

fair enough.I am a  fan of neither as well. I have not seen #1 but I have seen future NFL players play a bunch of games  in HS.  The lower body and balance of #25 at full speed reminds me of them both. Not sure if he has the total size though. I am looking forward to this game more than the others for sure.

#1 just has things that you cannot coach and speed being the best trait. He is only a junior and will continue to get better. #25 looks the part as a hard nosed LB and RB. I wanna see him and Elijah Groves from ER who is committed to KY meet in the hole a time or 2. The ground may shake!

I think  and maybe I am wrong that #25 for Riverside will make all the difference in this game. Not as the RB which he is a tank but at MLB. He brings the lumber while being under control. While everyone is watching the kid from ER my thoughts are #25 will be earning a full ride some where sitting  him down  and with authority.

I am a fan of neither school and it doesn’t matter to me who wins. I am just a football fan that likes to watch good football. I haven’t seen #25 in person but the film I have saw on him he is very good at both RB & LB.  #1 from ER has a different twitch to him and he will make a lot of kids look silly. If #25 can get a good clean lick on him he better make the most of it because you ain’t gonna get many.

You are just making my argument for me?  Winning that many games at Kentucky with who they are and what you have to work with is HUUUGE!  Give him better players( The whole state of Texas) and more money/better training facilities money to hire great assistants and he WOULD have only done better. A&Ms hire to me is as bad as the last one they made. Fisher was made to look good as an OC by the head coaches he worked for.He won a NC with Bowdens Players

Well it’s over now cause it’s Elko and who knows if that will work out.

Anyone who wins consistently at Kentucky is a big time hire for a real football school.

I’ll agree that winnin at Kentucky is hard to do and he has done a good job there BUT

If you consistently win 7-9 games a year at Kentucky they will build a statue of you in front of the stadium once you retire. If you win 7-9 games a year at A&M you are gonna get fired and be lookin for a new job. The expectations at the 2 schools are drastically different.
