I picked Hampton because they do return some very experienced starters and they are always deep. NG has 5 other seniors that have all played a ton in their HS careers, foreign student is like 6'5 and is still an unknown. UH lost everything besides Meredith, his numbers will not be as good if he is the only one capable of creating their own shot. to me it depends on the younger kids from hampton they arent really proven..... also is the foreign exchange kid is even good. Meredith could win the league by himself

North Greene- several seniors that have been through the ringer, very little depth, did get a foreign exchange student that’s supposed to be really good.  

 

If you had to choose them in order pre season now would you pick?

Early and a lot of questions if we are even going to have basketball.... but who do you guys like in Region 1A

Thats as bad as NG could play ... I still wouldn’t count them out come tournament time ...young fiery coach will have them ready 

Tourney will be set after tonight ... getting down to the run part... 

I think it was a physical game that both teams got away with murder in the paint .. but don’t act like coming to greene county is any diff than carter county ... both times these teams have played the team that made shots down the stretch has won... great ball game by two evenly matched teams ... I hate the 8 on 5 bs

Cosby is better right now than any team in 1a right now .. but other than that I don’t think that league is very strong

Still think it’s UH Hampton and North Greene at the top ... the league will be won by the team that doesn’t slip up against one of the other 3 ... I think Hampton is the deepest team .. UH has the best player .. and North Greene Has 3 good players and is well coached  .. excited to see how it plays out
