  1. Dang is that all the reasons we have not lost 7 straight to the almighty Kitties? Surely there has to be something else H2O faithful can add to this list to justify losing the biggest game of the season 3 years in a row.
  2. I think turnovers will be 1A and penalties will be 1B personally.
  3. I have heard they are taking Air Force One to the game Friday night. They have my permission to use my freshly cut hay field for take off since @JohnDutton would not give them clearance for use of the ranch. Should be a quick trip from the land of plenty to the town of few.... and by few I mean none.
  4. Yes I said what I said. It is fun and all but come Friday night, none of this will matter. 22 guys will take the field and fight it out for whom I see as the favorite to go win it all.
  5. He is a night owl. Bed time is not his forte for sure. Jacketpharmer Jr has made the wise move to chose English books and Edgar Allan Poe instead of these useless banter. As far as the pep rally is concerned…. This seems to be at best mystery and at worst fantasy without some sort of evidence and confirmation. Surely the H2O faithful have sent someone undercover to the local watering hole for concrete evidence. Can anyone confirm? Side note…. If any words seem to be too complex and lack meaning, @DownHillMan is working on those dictionary copies. Just have a little patience.
  6. Almost missed this one. Thanks for the assistance pal. Could be a late night for jacketpharmer Jr tonight. Think you could make some copies of that dictionary for those in need?
  7. Haha…. we will manage till you get to a great stopping point
  8. I heard they were sacrificing a pig, cow, sheep, and goat in hopes to find favor with the football gods. Word has it that it will take all supernatural forces available to contend with the Water City Kitties come Friday night. Waiting on confirmation from local slaughter house on time frame.
  9. *Their *Ridiculous My son's teacher just okayed him proofing your posts for English homework this week. It's okay we got you
  10. No need for lessons of any kind.... I am pretty sure everyone is familiar with said lesson. We convinced some of the managers and H2O boys from previous state championship teams to participate in our "Rent a Ring" program so if you ever want to look and one of even wear one for a day just let me know. I mean our catalogs at the school from Jostens come with state championship ring proofs for pete's sake. Any idea what time gates open Friday?
  11. You left out the most glorious part and that is those multiple state championship rings. Let me tell you right now.... those things still fit perfectly. Its kind of like a H20 fan at a November basketball game. All those virtual students must be taking up the bandwidth at the school. All that fiber optics and laptops but no spell check?
  12. “Practice, you talking about practice!?!?” I would think that a sophisticated Wilson Countier like yourself would know that in 2021 you don’t have to go to practice anymore. We watch it via live stream from our 1992 IBM Thinkpad with dial up internet. Maybe one day we will upgrade to those fancy virtual classes and some of the boys can go virtual…. I could use the help in my baccer crop for sure. By the way, I heard that virtual program can be a big advantage if you play your cards right.
  13. It’s late on Sunday night…. might need to lay off the sauce. Or maybe you’re one of those former FCers that migrated to the other end of the county and doesn’t have to set an alarm clock like us common folk.
  14. Week 10 the score was 21-20 going into the 4th quarter. TC had 2 consecutive turnovers which resulted in 11 points for H2O off those turnovers. Guess TC should feel pretty good going into Friday night considering they got “dominated” in every facet of the game.
  15. Someone mentioned it so it made me wonder. If you were to set a spread for the game Friday, what would your spread be for the game be? How many points and in favor of who? I think I would have to say Watertown -3 because of the simple fact that they are at home. From what I have heard, the fan representation might not exactly reflect that come Friday!
  16. So bring my muck boots? I think they still have cow crap on them
  17. Very well said! I heard a stat today that #6 is averaging right at 10 yds per carry and #3 is averaging 15 yds per carry! On paper looks to be even match-up. It’s played on the gridiron come Friday!!! Can’t wait to make the trip. How is the bleacher situation? thanks to bcb-mvp for the always informative stats!!
  18. This sounds like we should see similar styles from both sides. Tough nosed, physical football makes for great playoff matchups. TC has definitely evolved over the course of the season. Seem to have eliminated a lot of the mistakes in both execution and game management. If Bledsoe lacks speed, It could be a tough night if they cannot contain #3 or #6. They are electric in the open field.
  19. For those of you who have seen/know this Bledsoe team, give us a quick scouting report. Who are the key players to keep and eye on for both sides of the ball? Can’t wait to make the trip Friday night..... looks like unusual November playoff weather.
  20. Not to discredit your opinion but I do believe Meigs has a much harder offense to stop and scheme against. TC is basically 1 dimensional. Much easier to play against that style of offense in my opinion.
  21. Agreed... he never hit the big one. Biggest run that he had was when he scooped up the punt and made a great run. I personally though Meigs didn’t use his arm near enough
  22. No doubt they were evenly matched. The lack of kicking game became an advantage for Meigs tonight. TC couldn’t stop the heavy package and that proved to be the difference
  23. Swafford had 23 carries for 77yds. That’s under 3.5 per carry. TC defense did a good job containing him from hitting the big one. He made the keys plays when he needed to make them. Evenly matched teams with great front 7 play from both. talked to the Oneida coach and he didn’t think anyone could hold #19 under 100 yds in the ground
  24. Load up and roll out. I told the ole lady today...better to ask for forgiveness than permission. I followed that up with I will get that honey-do list shortened this weekend
