  1. I forgot how the season ended for you...could you refresh my memory I believe college basketball was also quite interesting. Who came out on top? I seem to have forgotten. /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />
  2. That's a good guess, but you are wrong about the "gentleman wearing jeans." I do know you have to be one of Webb's top four, though I'm not sure which one. I thought Webb would play MBA? If Webb and Baylor are matched up I think we all should admit that Baylor is the clear favorite. I don't see Webb winning but maybe one match against Baylor.
  3. Here's how I see it: neither team is deep enough to beat SHHS or Bearden. After the 2 spot, both teams drop off quite a bit.
  4. Agreed. SHHS is my pick to win their district. Bearden will have a tough time beating them.
  5. /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> So true.
  6. Who is all in that one district? I know Bearden is up in Knoxville too. Bearden, SHHS, DB, and Tennessee High are all in the east
  7. I don't understand that at all, when you get to state it is 5 and 2. /huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="huh.gif" />
  8. Frankie, Kyle was going to play Bo first round but I think they are going to change it. Kyle is ranked above David Parks in the south but David got the 4 seed and Kyle isn't seeded. From wha tI've heard, Kyle should get the 4 seed and not have to play Bo first round.
  9. In that case I'll stick with Kiser over Rodgers. I still see DB winning fairly easily. THHS may put up a fight
  10. What is there to explain? lol I don't really know much about Andy Rodgers. He must be a solid player to be ahead of Miles. Kiser is very consistent but can't really hurt you with anything. That's why I'm not really sure about 1 singles. Miles Maloy will beat Craig Rockett. That should be a pretty good match. Same with Rockett...he doesnt really have anything to hurt you with. I picked Way over Tidwell simply because I have played Tidwell/seen him play, and seeing that Way at least kept it semi-close with Hatcher, I'll say Way beats Tidwell. The others were pretty much complete blind predictions. I don't really know how strong THHS doubles is. If Kiser/Rockett play together, they could have a good match against Rodgers/Maloy. However, I still think DB takes both doubles.
  11. 1)Kiser>Rodgers, but could be close 2)Maloy>Rockett 3)Way>Tidwell 4)Hankins>Jones 5)Not Sure Both doubles go to DB I see DB winning 5-2
  12. I take it you play 1 for Dobyns-Bennett? /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />
  13. Agree...it will be SHHS or Bearden, unless DB is able to pull two minor upsets in a row. Dobyns Bennett has definitely improved but not quite enough
  14. First of all, the format is FIVE singles and two doubles, not six singles. So if you win at six, congrats, but that's only an exhibition match /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> Okay, I'll do this: Science Hill V Dobyns-Bennett #1 SH #2 DB #3 SH #4 Toss up #5 ? Doubles I don't know...but I think SH wins at least one of them I don't think it would be a cakewalk for them but Science Hill still comes out on top in my book.
  15. ice10, regardless if you lost because you couldn't hold serve, or if you lost because you "usually are a deep stroker but you struggled", you still lost. Webb will win 10 out of 10 matches. DB actually did better than I expected, though. I doubt Webb was highly motivated. We went out to play Ravenwood and almost lost a match or two just because we went out there flat footed and weren't focused at all. That happens sometimes. I guarantee if the match had more meaning to it Webb would have been more focused and played better
  16. Definitely. NO WAY in heck should alex harris be playing over any of those players in my opinion. Schlabach should not be number 5 either. Tariq was injured but I still don't see him playing dead last.
  17. Did Webb play Parks/Walling at 1 doubles? If so that's a good win for rodgers/maloy. What was Ben Way's score with Hatcher? Or did Crist play 3
  18. I will be surprised if you win a match to be honest. You might win with Maloy at the 2 spot. Other than that, I don't see Webb losing.
  19. Wait you mean to tell me Alex Harris is playing 1? I played him pretty close awhile back. Either they are stacking or he has worked his butt off. Maybe it is a mistake...I don't know. Tariq is injured. He did something to his leg or ankle, it might be his ACL actually. That's an odd lineup. I would expect Schlabach in front of Henry too. They are all very good though. None of them are head and shoulders above the others
  20. don't see science hill having any trouble with that. DB may win at number 2 but that's about it
  21. Umm that sounds a little fishy...That's now how we seed our players and what about teams that have players with no ranking? Bo Seal's state ranking is fairly low isn't it? I doubt that's true
  22. Wow...your kidding me. Well it should be fun playing the best. I looked through the draws for B division and it looks like we'd have the majority of the one seeds so I guess it makes sense. Good luck to everyone it should be interesting. Who all is in A? I'm assuming Webb, Baylor, McCallie, some others?
  23. Wow that surprises me. It almost makes me think theyre stacking to be honest. Alex Harris is not better than Henry, Schlabach, etc I don't think. They are all pretty even though
