I’m terms of visitor seating, it’s quite limited. Bring lawn chairs like he mentioned and be prepared to stand if it’s like 2019. The end zone bleachers will be out too so that’s a plus

I have no familiarity with this area. Is the game in Decaturville or Parsons?

I bet they won't force Trousdale to throw!!!!  If that game is played next Saturday, you will see a team run every single play, tell you which way they are running it, and say come and stop them.  Zero passing attempts last week against Watertown, and I think only 2 attempts against Meigs.  With 10 State Titles (some claim 11), they are no stranger.  I would love to see that match-up as well.  Ty Simpson is special.  Trousdale's defense is special.  Maybe these 2 will meet.  Trousdale's Secondary has had 8 or 9 Interceptions in the 3 weeks of playoffs.  And they haven't allowed a 100 yard rusher all year.

    Hope we meet!!!

The Panthers know what their up against. They haven’t saw this kind of offense all year but rest assured these boys will do everything Frost asks of them and more. Effort only goes so far and they know they are huge underdogs but don’t count them them just yet

At this point In the season everyone is good! No one will be overlooked

Yes they can. When Huntingdon got behind the sticks and had to throw the ball it was ugly.  Was it only 4 picks last night? How many total turnovers where there? It had to be a lot. It seamed like every MAHS drive ended in a turnover.

Well it was the 4 INTS then a strip sack at the start of the game and a turnover on downs on multiple drives so I want to say the ballpark of 7-8 total. They came close to scoring in the third quarter it was picked off inside the 5 they fought for every yard they gained. Westview swarmed to the ball faster than they could get in the open field. We pressured the QB every time he dropped back he was sacked a few times. We didn’t scored off of every turnover but we did stop them from scoring.

Westview offense will come out throwing downfield early they will be in complete attack mode. If you don’t have a good secondary it’s over. Our defense will try to have a repeat performance. If riverside isn’t as fast as Westview it’s gonna be hard

Westview can force teams to throw the ball and the secondary is very good 4 picks last night alone

I may be wrong and I’ll eat crow if I am. Martin players always seem to be in the right place at the right time. I just hope the winner of this game goes on to win it all , whoever that may be.

Well we played MAHS the best team we’ve faced since Trenton or huntingdon and Westview completely shut them down they didn’t even score and they had some thoroughbreds. Westview offense won’t be held to less than 20 for the rest of the season. They stopped 3 TDs with their speed and a penalty called one back

Discipline stop it they said that last week.

They will show up just like they did against Huntington.

Y’all showed up like you said you would. Good game man you have our respect. Your defense was legit no one has held Westview under 20 points all season.

I made the trip over to check this game out. Very good football game all the way around. #2 for MAHS is definitely an athlete but Simpson is better. MAHS couldn’t move the ball on the ground and cost themselves nearly every time they threw it. Way too many athletes in the Westview secondary,  which basically looked like their wide receiver corps. I did notice that the visitors stands had very few MAHS fans, cheerleaders, and people wearing Huntingdon stuff….lol

They did a good job holding our offense as much as they could. Best defense I’ve seen Westview play all season arguably. They are a run first team but we just kept them in front of us. They had more speed than we did. I can count 3 touchdowns minimum they stopped from happening because of that. I didn’t expect them to make that two hour drive. I heard some Huntingdon fans would come but I hope they wasn’t disappointed it was a defensive game.

  9. This game showed that Westview can win low scoring defensive games as well. A shutout I did not expect their offense was completely shut down. The offense had a less than stellar game but the defense kept getting stops and forcing turnovers all night this MAHS defense was the best defense I seen since Trenton, they were bigger and faster than we was and it showed why our score was what it was. That cam miller is very good and a good kid I can tell. Much respect to MAHS for holding Westview to their lowest scoring game for the season.

What are your impressions of the MAHS defense so far? They're a tough group.

How are you guys running the offense? Simpson slinging it or are you guys attempting to run a bit?

Plays we would have scored easily on other teams they stop. They have saved 2 touchdowns and a penalty called back the third. It’s 9-0 at halftime. Ty misfired a little but he’s warming up as the game goes on. We pretty balanced really
