    milan wins they gain nothing probably may still have a mediocre season

    peabody wins they win 6 in a row and are championship contenders

    Peabody loses they are still championship contenders 

    Yea hopefully Milan will play loose and with nothing to lose and give y’all some stiff competition.

    Yea hate it for kids but if they don’t want to play for him may be for best. Seems odd to do it now though.

    Yea it makes a big difference for smaller schools. We lost our D1 linebacker last year before season. We had guys to fill in and do a good job but you can’t replace that experience and being battle tested. Hopefully your guys get back soon.

    I hope your right on Munford. They sure looked good Friday but I was disappointed in our play.

    I agree. When you get that far in playoffs everybody has good players maybe not D1 but good. So if you don’t win the battle up front it usually doesn’t matter how good you are. You can still be a D1 player and just not have the opportunity to show it sometimes.

    What are y’all feeding them boys or should I say young men over there? Looks like he has a bright future ahead of him. If he wants to take off in a couple of weeks that will be fine. He can get ready for your other games.

They return who practically took over as RB 1 last year and he has put on big time muscle. The starting oline all returns except center. The hard part is gonna be replacing the studs at middle linebacker and corner. New guys gotta step up and progress fast.

    I thought Waverly’s QB looked good tonight. He throws a nice ball and looked athletic. I was impressed if this is his first year as QB1. I think he will have a good year. Good luck to Waverly on the season.

    It will be interesting to see who they get and their offense philosophy. It’s hard to imagine SG running something different.

    They would have to offer more this time than last time and not sure they would or if he would even take it this time.

    I believe Jeff Smith that played at Milan and went on to UT. I think he was in Maryville for awhile. Is he still living in the area?
