Is it good overall?
How many times has a school with under 400 kids won the kentucky state championship?

Im not a Middleton fan by any-means so I could care less who wins, I just hope it’s the best game of the first round. It definitely has the potential too be and from what I saw Middleton is going to be extremely tough to slow down. While you guys barely got past a decent VB and really young Pickett Co team. If they play like they did against those two teams it will be a 20 point win for Middleton.
Van Buren shot the lights out against East Robertson with probably 6+ threes in the first half and a few more in the second half. They played a great 3 quarters of basketball and kept it close until East completely shut them down in the 4th. Van Buren is a good team especially when they are shooting like that.

You beat a team Middleton had beaten 4 times. It won’t happen again
Yet y’all lost the most important game of the season to the team ER beat in the first round. ER also beat peabody by 30.

Thoughts on this region Semi game?
Probably gonna be the best semifinal matchup this week, shaping up to be a great one between two district foes.
ER 59-54

I wouldn't count knowledge academies out. they beat er by 7 and jo Byrns by 22. I think they might be a sleeper team to maybe make it to state.

Another question for 8a followers, how does Trousdale get beat by 40 by Knowledge Academy and then beat them by 3 less than a month later? That’s crazy to me , has Knowledge been hindered by injuries the last month or so or did their gameplan just get figured out and stopped?
Trousdale has improved a lot throughout the season and Knowledge was without their 2 best players #55 and #3.

Which will be Gordy more than likely, they play an RBS team at 6 that’s won 5 games all year, I don’t see Bibb throwing it. If/when they do play ER That will be a battle Gordy has had a solid year with lots of size, if E Groves isn’t 100% they will be on upset alert because they will make everyone but him beat them. I believe Gordy is overall more talented than PIckett so tough draw for ER.
If by “throwing it” you mean losing on purpose doesn’t that seem a little bit extreme? If you’re scared of playing ER or Clay you just have to play the team who beat ER and pickett county and play 1 of the 2 in the championship game.

My guess is Clay v Er and JB v Pickett with a JB v Er region championship and east winning by 15+.
An Er vs Jb region championship game is a dream matchup for East fans.

I feel like Clay and ER may be better than Hampton. I also feel like when the region tournament comes the size of Jo Byrns may give Gordonsville or Pickett co Fits.
