I have a good friend who just went through the process with Copper Basin. I will say this, that community is committed to football. There are some people there who are investing a lot in making sure the football program gets on track. The administration are kind and are going to do everything they can to help the next coach. I hope the best for the Cougars in the future.

HEY GUYS, Sorry for the delay. I got a letter in the mail from out in Cornersville letting me know that COACH MAC was named offensive coordinator. The reason for the delay is because I had made the promise I will not take a shower until he was named offensive coordinator. My wife had kicked me out until I decided to shower. I told her a promise was a promise. I went to a spa to get clean and then headed back home where she took me back in but told me I shouldn’t be making anymore promises on coach t so I decided to stay off a few weeks but boy I’m back. This was the smartest thing that anyone could have done. I would be willing to bet that records will be set this year. I’m going to start a campaign for Coach Mac to grow the mullet back in honor of his first season being a high school offensive coordinator. Someone please let him know because I don’t know him personally so I can’t write him a letter to let him know.

All jokes aside, I would be beating the door down for Hayden. He is a young guy who is going to be at Cornersville the rest of his days most likely. He has coached these kids in JR high and high school. He loves the community. He went out and worked under a hall of fame coach with Coach Pemberton at Rhea Co and learned alot there and spent time under Randolph. The kids love the guy, the community loves the guy. I feel like this is a simple hire but what do I know?
