    Greeneville needs an offensive mind it is really sad at the athletes on that team yet the run the read option 75% of the time. You can do that against teams that you out athlete but not in the 4th round! He's got to be the most vanilla coach ever.

    As far as Morristown East goes, we are going to need to be patient with our new Head Coach. He came into a bad situation having to rebuild the whole offense including installing a whole new system. Under Coach Solver East couldn’t stop the run and against good teams couldn’t run the football. This is a direct result of a bad offseason weightlifting program. In 6A football, you must be able to stop the run to even have a chance of winning. Let’s see what kind of improvement he makes in year two when he has a full year to install a real offseason weightlifting program. On a side note, where are the athletes for East? They seemed extremely slow against West or was West that fast. Once the line play improves East is going to need to get some speed out of the hallways. In 6A football you need a homerun threat, it is just too hard to drive the length of the field against most teams. We may not win but one game this year, but I will support the team anyway every Friday night. 

     

    I agree 6A football is a different beast. That being said he made some great calls at Chuckey-Doak but was also loaded with talent. As you said give him time and I think he will be a good coach for you guys hated to see him leave CD

    Rangers - I thought the defense held their own against the WG Buffalo's.  They need to figure something out on the offensive side. If they can generate some offense, I think they can win.   I'm not an X or O guy, but Unaka has some athletes to compete with CD. 

    Black Knights - They have 3 good skills guys that can run based on what I seen. Of course, it was only 1qtr, which doesn't tell a whole story. CD's offense moved the ball down the field a couple of times against the Bulldogs, but their defense didn't get on the bus.

    I think CD has the better athletes but I'm very disappointed in the defense. On the offense, they were off-key from the snap.

    That being said if CD cleans up should be an easy win in my opinion. I'm going to say CD 49-Unaka 28

    I honestly didn't think Unaka was bad at all. I thought Unaka's defense was their strong point. If Unaka can't get some offense going, I think they could beat Chuckey Doak.  I'll make a thread about theUnaka and CD game here shortly and comment on those team a little more.

    For CD they better figure out how to stop someone on D. Offensive side they should be very good but 4h systems in 4 years has hurt them bad

    I'd actually love to see NG get a county win! I think they can put the upset but WG has my favor.

    Normally, I would pick WG in this game. However, I am leaning NG in this. I like what I've seen from Coach Tilson, and the Huskies seem to have more confidence than they had in a long time.  A win would go a long way in helping to build even more confidence.

    Idk if I pick North Greene. But they have potential to make it a game. Tilson has definitely given them some confidence. Looked pretty good against south Greene at times in the jamboree but to many mistakes

    SG is very small upfront but pretty physical. Young skill kids haven’t seen much of anything from DC but them being 5A I’m thinking a big win for them

    Chuckey Doak couldn’t stop him I’d give it to him 100 times!!! CD took to long to get going on offense GP made less mistakes. Congratulations GP good luck next week

    Same Alcoa is ridiculously good but y’all played good with them for a half.

    I’ve watched some game GP games on YouTube I think CD can win but GP has the size and and 7 is an athlete QBs very good to
