DOES ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA WHAT DATE THE SUBSTATE GAME WILL BE PLAYED FOR THE REGION 4 TEAMS? JUST TRYING TO PLAN AHEAD -DOES OCT 22 LOOK LIKELY TO ANYONE?

I just wanted to wish Cascade good luck in the championship game against Chapel Hill! This Cascade team has done an excellent job this year and I'm really proud of them. Hopefully they can pull off the win and be district champions. Regardless they will move on to the region tourney where I hope they do well. Congratulations to Coach Sutton and all her players! Great job! GO CASCADE!!

does anyone have any ideas on who the mvp could be? personally i think chelsea owens is one of the top picks for that honor. there are several good players that could be chosen but i think if you take her away from the lincoln co team you don't have a first place team anymore. i'm not trying to take anything away from the rest of the team but that's the way i see it and if one player can make that kind of difference -she's very valuable. it will be interesting anyway. good luck to all the remaining teams in the district tourney!!!!

Does anyone know how we will make-up two key district games before the district tourney starts Wed.? Shelbyville has two games that they have to play to determine 3rd and 4th place standings. Are brackets available for 8aaa district? Also will the Worth Classic be played if the weather is as bad Fri as it is today? If anyone has any info for me please respond. I'm having softball withdrawal symptoms since it has been a week since our last game.

What a game, wish I had seen it. Sounds like cc was rippin'. I wonder if Lincoln Co has used Chelsea too much and wore her out. Six games last Sat probably was a little hard on her. Not taking anything away from Coffee Co because they are a good team also. I'm sure lc will continue to play great. Sounds like the district tournament will be exciting!! GO EAGLETTES!!!

I agree it was a tough game. Both teams had a couple of good hits and the defense did their job for both teams. I think the Franklin Co pitcher did a good job. She definitely had our girls numbers. This may be a little early but does anyone have info on the Coffe Co tournament next weekend (4/29 4/30)? We are not going to Cookeville due to prom and I am trying to find out how many teams and maybe pool game times. The Cookeville tourney is a good one and I hate to miss it.

This is ridiculous- you just can't take the high road with some people. Maybe mc dad and sball2 can't read and still don't understand what happened in the game but that's their problem. If it makes you both feel better to try and make fun and tear down other teams go to it. Some people are like that. This thing is outta hand, when all is said and done Shelbyville lost to Coffee Co due to a bad call. Nobody is downing cc players or team, I mean a win is a win and we would take it and be grateful for it if the situation had been reversed. How you could say that? You obviously were not at the game and haven't got your facts straight. That would have been the THIRD out , that's how the runners would not have SCORED. By the way we didn't "loose" the game we lost it thanks to the bad call.
