has julian hired anyone to replace polston? has anyone else left maybe to go with shepard? who all is on his staff? i heard that most of them played at halls, this will make them want to win more. they know what the tradition used to be. i bet they are tired of seeing the program fall.

hiv it looks to me that both defenses played pretty well if the final score was 7-0 even though i agree it was in a hurricane. to say that powell dominated anything in that game is a joke. the game could have went either way and on a sunny day the game would have been a little more high scoring but still a very very close game. i just dont see how in the world you can say powell dominated anything in that game.

does anybody know what the staff is going to look like this year? especially with the loss of polston. who stays, who goes, who comes in?

i dont think that you understand what i am arguing. i said that powell is not two levels better than halls. right now they maybe a little better, but two levels there is no way. halls has beat south doyle the last three years, clinton the last three years, west two out of the last three years. how are they not better than those teams. they have beat powell 2 out of the last four years. so in the last 4 years the series is tied at 2-2. makes sense at why powell is two times the team halls is? especially when they had an impressive 7-0 victory this year that could have went either way.

what is your reason that halls is not better than south doyle, carter, and clinton. halls is pretty much a playoff team everyyear. 8 of last 12 i think. carter, clinton, and south doyle do not have near that kind of record. they beat south doyle and clinton like rented mule and beat carter. how are they not better than those teams.

I said there was not much difference between the rest of the region teams except for south doyle and clinton being so bad. Hopefully both of those programs will improve this year and make the region even better than what it is. Halls is better than cater, clinton, south doyle, and west. they beat all of those teams on the field. I never denied that powell is not better than halls right now i just do not believe that their program is two levels above halls. maryville and central are the only two teams who are two levels above anybody. and maryville maybe three levels above everybody else.

halls beat maryville in 2000. and yes i do think halls is better than carter but not much better as the game shows. after central and maryville there is not much seperation in the rest of the region except clinton and south doyle are terrible

you cannot compare two teams by how they play another opponent. such as powell playing maryville or halls playing carter. you compare them by how they play each other. when comparing them how they play each other powell is not two levels better than halls. also just fyi halls is the last team in the region to beat maryville but my bobcats will change that this year.

two levels better. halls beat powell the year before last and got beat 7-0 last year. last years game could have went either way but thanks to a stupid call on the goaline by halls they were unable to score. even the CSS folks were talking of how poor the call was.

i hear that he has a very young staff. maybe they can relate to the kids more and get the kids at halls back out to play. rumor has it that they are all under 6 ft tall and one is under 4 ft tall

central and maryville will be the teams to beat in region 3-4a and either one could win state i just do not see what the big deal with powell is.

how can you put powell in your top 4a teams? if you mention them you might as well mention halls
