Monterey had a good solid game against jackson county last night but we have to start up the sticks a little better...Maybe when we play clay county we will some good pitching we have only saw good pitching in one game this year and that was last night at j.county...but good luck to all teams in the district this year...let the best team win!!!!!!!!!

Bob77..all i was saying is that you cant expect to take a year off and just jump back into action and be the best you have to get the kinks out of your system..and yea the district is weaker than my freshman year..it was stronger back then but i believe our didtrict will be fun this year...but good luck to all the teams out thier!!!!!!!!!

Well i'm gonna have to go with pickett tonight because the win over rbs has brought thier confidence up alot and they will be ready to play..I really dont care who wins we can play good agaisnt both when we come to play..

How can you pick a team that monterey beat twice to beat monterey??Yea it's a win but hermitage springs couldnt beat many little league teams i know of..I'm not trying to put anybody down..Good luck to everybody in the tournament....

Yea rightfully ours..We have been the district champs five outy of six years and last year was a fluke..We are coming on strong this year so bring your "A" game son!!I plan on taking the championship back at your field or anybody elses it just makes us play harder to beat yall..We have three or four players that arfe capable of dominence one the field howard 14, Horton 31,Phillips 3,Walker 9....All which are capable of going yard on anybody who they play...So we will see who can play witht the pressure is on!!!!!!! That might be true but Monterey has the heart and the will to win..I dint think bailey will help much but i'm ready for him and so is everybody else!!!Last time we played pickett we beat them 14-3 and i dont think it was the pitching well that was bad too but so was all those errors in the field...Well our seniors are on trip to so we will see who wins the pitching matchup..phillips or bailey..my vote is phillips....
