First of all I am an Indian fan, and they are not that good. They could be when they get everyone back from being sick. Beating these 2 teams is nothing to even talk about. Oneida goes to Oak ridge tonight to play carter and either Oak ridge or CAK. This will be VERY tough. Secondly the one brad hit out was at LMU's field. He hit it out deep center and the wall says 395. He hit it out pretty good too. Conley didnt steal home cleanly, the ball went past the catcher. The baskstop at this big field was pretty far back. Oneida will have trouble with district games.

If my memory is good ( which it isnt) didn't you leave the T one time Kazzy. Correct me if I'm wrong, I know you will.

Last night was the first time this team has even seen live pitching or play. It didnt look to good either. Although oneida took about 30 players and played everbody 2 innings and pitched everbody one inning. Everyone batted through so couldnt really tell how the lineup looked. Hope it looks better thursday.

I beleive that they dropped Oneida. Dillon Stonecipher is a good player.

Not the greatest overall impacts, but Lambert and Crowley will help oneida out as first year players.

First off Max doesn't decide who plays and who dont. King does! Secondly king plays the best players nomatter what the grade is. This is if they are mature enough to play in varsity.(mostly mentally) These underclassmen are good players true. Although none of these freshman couldve played at the varsity level this year. Dont get me wrong they are good and will be great. They were just freshman though. Yes laxton couldve helped as a sophmore this year and did a little bit. He lost time because of being late for the bus several times and missing practice with a ear ache or somthing small. King will do just fine next year since he will have a year under his belt and being able to be with them in the off season and summer camps. And yes he will play the BEST no matter how old or who they are. I seriously doubt he was taken anything away from the accomplishments of the middle school program.

who do you play for?

I think Oneida will be just fine. Noone is expecting them to do anything (and they may not) but they have a chance of upsetting some people this year. They are working hard and improving. They have a pretty good infield and a decent outfield. Who knows about the sticks yet....The pitching isnt bad either. I guess we will see what everyone has real soon cant wait!

Did Sunbright lose anybody at all? JW? Thought that they are returning every starter. Just let me know if im wrong.

when is the first game?

First off King came into this program a month after school had started. IMO that is tough as it is. He did not have this team in the preseason or summer camps or workouts. He is just now getting in the rythym of being a head coach. He had to come in this program late and do "HIS" thing (which every coach has their own ways) and change some things. That makes it hard on him and the team with a change that fast and that late. Onieda has had many numerous coaching changes lately from Hall to Eldridge to barnes to Vick king to windle now to Jacob King. Coach King plans to stay here for a while and get oneida basketball back to the way it used to be. IMO he has already started that considering everything he has done this year and the talent he done it with. So I guess what I'm saying is that he has done a great job, as good as anyone could do, especially the circumstances. Go oneida, good luck at harriman!

I think the best player in the district was your MVP last nite......Dan is tough and a clutch player! He can leap like no other and with this elevation he creates shots that are tough to defend. Jw why he didnt get the ball as much in the 4th. Anyway he's a good player.

Good hard fought game by both teams......I was a little suprised as big of rivals as they are and the history of last years game that it stayed as clean as it did. Good win Oneida!

Wartburg is tough to beat at home!! Who knows just depends if oz can stop shannon and wartburg can stop shultz.....should be a lot of points scored though. Wartburg has good full court pressure and oz is physical in the paint..I guess we will find out 2m!!!
