I don't care who is listed as the head coach. My point, which you seem to have no idea on how to grasp, is that I'm upset that this team is going through another MAJOR change that they have no control over. As I have always stated, I am VERY happy Daryl Layne is part of this team. He seems to be the only stable adult these players have to rely on. Are you saying I'm at fault for asking about Coach Moore leaving? So I guess every person that asks a question on a controversial topic is at fault to you because they asked a question? If so, then so be it. I have no problem being at fault in your eyes.

Does that make it fair? No. These girls have worked since last October for this season and to have come through all the trouble they have and just before Districts have another new head coach. NO, it's nowhere close to being fair. And we all wonder why Marion only has 10 or 11 girls tryout for the team.

Well it seems to coaching situation at Marion County has hit a new low... I didn't hear this first hand but as far as I understand, Coach Moore told the team yesterday at practice that Monday was his last day with the team. It seems that football is starting Monday and since he is a football coach, he is going to leave the softball team so he can be at spring practice with the boys. 3 coaches in one year. And the week Districts start... If this is not true, I apologize and hope someone sets the record straight.

Was it the guy we had in the field or behind the plate? Because we have had problems with the guy in we had in the field the night Marion and Bledsoe played,

What did he do, give her and warning or toss her? I don't want to start a Ump bashing here, but I have seen more bad calls and aggressive Umps this year than I ever have in the past.

We had several games rained out last year, but we've not had any problems with weather this year. It didn't rain in Jasper yesterday until 30 to 45 minutes before game time and that was just a little shower. It started sprinkling about the 6th inning but never caused a problem.

The play where she went to her left and caught a ball I thought she never had a chance to even touch and pitched the ball to 1st for the out??? If that's the play you're talking about, YES, it was a great play.

Both teams played a great game. It came down to an error like most games do when both teams are playing to win. Congrats ladies on a quality win.

Great game girls. You played one of the best games I've seen you play this year. Strong defense and the bats were working for you. Only other stat I know of is Bledsoe left 3 on base and Marion left 10.
