1. QUOTE(Harris @ May 16 2007 - 10:16 PM) 826460806Just a reminder nation_supp, you have a sectional match tomorrow. Be sure to be at school was 730. Just in case you forgot. /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

The gray's house, not the school...

I can't believe that Oak Ridge is deep enough to beat Bearden even without Rahnema. Did Koehler beat Maltsberger?

  2. QUOTE(shims4 @ Apr 22 2007 - 11:17 AM) 826442804having seen both play i would have to give a slight edge to tanz. however, i agree that his play has declined a lot since webb played baylor last year. i can also assure you titlebound that webb4 is no one on the webb team. i know all the top players and they rarely get on here. on a side note, what the heck were ya'll doing on coacht at 6 in the morning

I always set my alarm early, so I can get up and be the first person to respond to whatever happened that night.

  3. QUOTE(Webb4 @ Apr 21 2007 - 04:02 PM) 826442460ok.. well prove you wrong..... Tanz Kane has regressed a whole lot, walling can definitely take him. Hatcher and Orlando should be a good match, but with the way tadd is playing right now I would have to give the edge to Orlando.

So your name is webb4 because you play the four spot for webb... I probly wouldn't pick myself to lose either, but sorry Reid, Tanz is better than you.

  4. QUOTE(Webb4 @ Apr 16 2007 - 07:08 PM) 826438837Here's what the line ups are looking like for the Baylor Webb match:

    Baylor

    1. Bo

    2. Julian Onken

    3. Orlando Laurenco

    4. Tanz Kane

    5. Jimmy Epps

    Doubles

    1. Bo/Tanz

    2. Julian/Orlando

    Webb

    1. Taylor Crist

    2. David Parks

    3. Tadd Hatcher

    4. Reid Walling

    5. Chris Haydek/ Greer Mackabee

    Doubles

    1. Crist/Hatcher

    2. Parks/Walling

Tell me what you think. I think Baylor is the definite favorite, but I've seen wierder things happen.

I think that Webb will be lucky if they win a match.

  5. QUOTE(ice10is @ Apr 16 2007 - 09:15 PM) 826438970Both are unbelievable junior players. But because Bo won all those de uce games, and all those long rallies is why he is a top ranked nation player, and still remains a few notches above Parks.

You haven't seen alot of tennis if you think Parks is unbelievable... I'll give you Bo, but saying that Parks is "unbelievable" is a joke.

  6. QUOTE(nation_supp89 @ Apr 16 2007 - 09:44 PM) 826439020Honestly, and don't take this the wrong way, but I think Bo has another gear that he didn't even have to use against Parks. He gets better in clutch situations.

Congrats on your 2000th post bra.

  7. QUOTE(Webb4 @ Apr 15 2007 - 06:10 PM) 826438076perhaps you are correct hooligan, and perhaps you are not. perhaps you were the gentleman at Rotary wearing jeans rooting for Siegel. On another note, McCallie looks much stronger than Baylor. They are deeper and should be able to win courts 3-5. Look for MUS vs McCallie for the title, and Baylor and Webb to decide the last spot in the tourney.

Who do you see coming out of that big Webb vs. Baylor match?

  8. QUOTE(ice10is @ Apr 12 2007 - 08:10 PM) 826436220I like how your name is title bound. Atleast i know what it feels like to have a title. Thanks for posting have a great day my UN-TITLED friend.

Hmmm... Yeah, what does that feel like?

  9. QUOTE(ice10is @ Apr 12 2007 - 07:21 AM) 826435639DB skipped out on rotary this year for two reasons.

    1) Being under rated would probably get us in an un deserved division, like c division.

    2) Pawleys Island in myrtle beach champions challenge is the same weekend and we voted to go there seeing as how it was a team set up and gave our team more practice. Also Pawleys Island drew all the best from South Carolina, and NC. Waccamaw and Myrtle Beach High school (11 time state champs of SC) are there as well as one other state champ Team. I dont see DB doing well, but the competition seems to be just as intense as Rotary.

Nobody cares why DB isn't playing.

  10. QUOTE(ice10is @ Apr 11 2007 - 06:52 PM) 826435275Rodgers and Maloy can both when at 1 and 2 especially earlier in the season when Chris is struggling really bad as he always does early on, Way can win at 3 if he catches Alexander, I see Hankins with the win at four, Maloy winning at five against kerr, and Clark taking 6. for some reason he has his number as he always does early on. If we are going to win it will be the first 2 times, i dont see a match split with us winning the 3rd one. So if we take one of the top 2, and 4,5,6 and win 1 doubles. Whose to say DB wont be on top at the end of this year?

DB wont be on top, even if they happened to upset SHHS, I don't see them upsetting Bearden too. BTW in AAA you play five singles and two doubles, so your 4,5,6 theory isn't gonna work.

  11. I think we can crown Webb the champions of last year's tri-match which was actually four teams, so I'm not sure where anyone got the tri... Bearden, I guess you get the runner-up trophy, maybe you can make some rings that say "Hey we beat Siegel... And they won state, so really we are the best team in the state." Personally, I'm fine with that, and you guys really did beat us, and that is something you guys can hang your hat on. So congrats to Webb for being the best team at the quad-match?? even without two of your best players, and congrats to Bearden for pointing out to everyone in the world that you beat the eventual state champion Siegel Stars.

  12. QUOTE(tennisplaya @ Apr 4 2007 - 09:54 PM) 826430311Ummm....im gonna choose to not answer that question because it was the worst joke i ever heard. Work on them bro, at least u can be good at something then.

What about Crist makes you think he is mentally tough?

  13. MBA had four players in the BullFrog tournament in Little Rock last weekend, you can check it... Thats nice that you are trying to get your teams hopes up on here, I just really don't see it working out that great for ya /huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="huh.gif" />

  14. Webb has no shot in DII... Every year you say you have a shot and then the McCallie's and Baylor's crush you... McCallie will not repeat this year, but MUS and MBA have gotten alot stronger... Baylor is probably the best with MUS and MBA right behind, Webb and McCallie should be competitive for the final spot at state.

  15. QUOTE(Webb4 @ Apr 4 2007 - 08:30 PM) 826430191Ok, first of all we are better at tennis than you. That is just a fact. Second of all, Webb doesn't recruit. Here you go again talking about not having your dang 4 player. Well, wow you didn't have your 4 player. Guess what... Bearden wasn't at full strength either for that matter. They didn't have Fulton. Stop making so many excuses. I definitely don't think that Siegal's top 4 could play top 6 for Webb. The only two I have ever heard of are Wishing who could play arguably 1 or 2 for us, and Hale who I think would probably player 5 or 6 for us... maybe 4 I'm not sure (haven't seen him play since last year tri-match). The rest would not play top 6. Who is Harris? Just reveal who you are so we know what the heck is going on. I'm guessing he is a former player for Siegal of some sort.

Do you even know who plays 3 and 4 for Siegel, our 2 through 4 are basically interchangeable.
