Well how about that game! Powell looked good. I told you McCallie fans to not start running your mouths because I did that in week one and Powell lost. Powell is a great team and looked good tonight. Great ball game by both teams and great sportsmanship. HOW ABOUT THEM PANTHERS for all you doubters haha

Tmywhitepine- lol your ignorant. Your comments about Watts are about the dumbest thing Ive heard. Keep talking that smack though, I talked about how bad Powell would beat Webb and it didnt happen. Just watch and see the outcome and then run your mouth. Watts will never play like he did the first week again, I mean he did tie the state record last week 4 throwing TDs and 2 Rushing. Just keep talking the crap. This will be an awesome game. If Powell gets out the gate playing well I think they can win this, but if McCallie scores early and often I dont know. Should be a good game andthe Panthers can play!

Ok first off pacjones, Webb has never beat Powell by 30 lol. last year they won by 3 and the year before they won 35-14, but good try. Anyways when did the past matter? Its a new year and a way better Powell team, and not soo good of a webb team. I mean come on they barely beat a HORRIBLE West team lol. For all of you all saying Powell cant stop the wing T. You will see. Yeah they have had trouble in the past but they were playing with young guys with no experience at the time. Now all them guys are juniors and seniors. This game will be ugly. WhitePine, actually I am not related to Cody Watts at all. I just know how good the kid is. Has the most god gifted talent that you will see on that field friday night. He will do some amazing things that you will just say how did he do that. He does it every Friday night he steps on the field. He flat out gets the job done, sorry that you cant handle the facts about Cody and how he plays. Powell is not Cocky, its a term called CONFIDENT. Powell will romp Webb. Yes Powell did beat a very underrated AE team, but Powell also beat sevierco, mcallie, galltin at camp and none of those teams are any type of pushovers. Not to mention last week Powell beat a very very good Fulton team, 21-20.....So you can say Powell thinks they are good or Powell is being cocky because they beat AE, but they also beat very good teams. Powell will beat webb by atleast 17, Webb is not that good and you will realize that about 10 PM Friday night By the way whoever said Lee Smith cant outrun anybody since he runs a 5.4? He doesnt have to outrun anybody he runs over people. Im almost positive Lee runs way better than a 5.4. But you will see Watts to Smith and Watts to Thrower all night long. With some carriers by Mr. Jay Courtney, who will run over people. Watts will take this game over from the opening snap. He will have 150 yards rushing(atleast) and 150 Passing. Powell wins big. Ok guys first of all, this Powell team is probably the best, if not the best team Powell has had since Derek Milligan was a senior. Powell will absolutely control this game from the kickoff. I saw Webb play last week and even though it was game 1 they didnt look too impressive, and they were playing a horrible west team. Also, everybody is sayin if they stop Cody Watts they will win? Yeah Cody is our play maker but definately not the only guy. You have to stop Lee Smith, Brandon Thrower, and Jay Courtney as well. Jay Courtney runs the ball harder than any back that I have seen other than Tallent at Maryville. Powell is so hard to stop on Offense with the four guys that provide most of the points. Powell is way to strong this year for Webb. Another thing Webb is not Faster than Powell. Powell has the a quarterback by the name of Cody Watts who ran a 4.46 forty at MTSU during the summer. He will be the fastest guy on teh field Friday night and def. the most talented. Brandon Thrower is also around a 4.5 and when he gets on the football field runs away from ppl. I honestly think Powell has a faster, bigger, stronger, and BETTER team than Webb. This game will be ugly guys. Powell 35 Webb 13

Yeah right, the Webb team this year barely beat a TERRIBLE West team. First of all, Watts does not think run before pass. It may seem that way to some people because when Watts drops back to throw and sees a gap why would he want to throw it when he has such great athletic ability to run for postive yardage instead of risking a bad play? Watts is just smart, he plays the game right. If a receiver is open of course he will put it in his Numbers, but if there is any risk at all can you blame him for tucking it and running for positive yardage. Most of the time its not just postive yardage its 30-40 yard runs at a time. By the way powervolume, your comment about Watts being a running back just being able to throw. They had Watts at Running back earlier in his career and he did well at that position, but he is definately a 10 times better QB. Bottom line you can say he needs to think pass before run, but why should he risk anything at all, when he can run circles around about anybody instead of forcing something that may not be there. Thats a smart QB if ya ask me. He can throw very well and everybody knows he runs exceptionally well. he didnt throw for 1600 yards for nothing last year, so I think he does think pass as well as run. He just does what the Defense gives him

There is no better all around QB in my opinion in EAST TN than Cody Watts. He does some amazing things. What is everybody elses thoughts

LoL Webb will not hold Powell to 14 points. Powell has way too many weapons. Heck West scored 10 points on them and they have absolutely nobody lol. Powell will win handily. Watts will put on a show. Powell by 17 or more

Well, after what I saw last Friday at the Webb/West game Powell will handle Webb rather easy. West has one of the worst football teams I have seen and Webb by no means dominated them. Webb is not as good as they have been the two previous years, they will struggle this year. Webb will have a hard time stopping Cody Watts, Lee Smith, Jay Courtney, and Brandon Thrower. Not to mention the big D Linemen that will dominate this season John Bruhin. Powell has way too much this year and probably the best all around Quarterback in East TN, I say Powell wins by atleast 17 Powell 35 Webb 7
