Then you missed the two loudest games of the year... By Far.... the end of william blount was absolutely crazy and i think that was the loudest i have ever heard our student section.... Bearden is just loud all the way throughout the game everytime we play...

I was goin nuts in the stand... I dont know what the crap was goin on though... I promise we are usually 20 times louder and all goin crazy... It was b.c there were only 4 home games this year... they wanted to keep closer to revenue... they still lost a dollar on every ticket.... b/c that adds up to 24 dollars a year where as we usually have 5 home games at 5 dollars which is 25.......

You know how the zones are messed up b.c you went to Farragut... some places you don't actually have to live in teh city limits to go to Farragut...

Halliday can't run a 4.5 40... it was just some Bearden fan talkin up one of their players... I do think Burstrom is a better athlete but i think i'd take Halliday overall...

Coach told me two days ago the main bleachers at Farragut hold 6000, but we bring in more than that most big games... And with all the students standing up it could be alot more... Nick where are you goin to college? DB grad don't try to argue that DB has better academics than Farragut... At least we were recognized... And we are a Blue Ribbon school.... That ole Farragut "edumacation" is as good as any around...

Are you kidding me? If we get into the levels of academics of these two schools, it is not even close. Farragut has long been one of the best if not the best public school in the state. Two years ago we were rated 36th in the country by redbook magazine. Insulted if enrolled at DB? How do you even know if he is enrolled at Farragut. Please, don't give me that crap b/c someone made a grammar mistake on a message board. Do you have a kid that goes to DB or somethin that is in the honors program or somethin???

Ok you are correct in sayin Zack is an incredible athlete... But he does not run a 4.4.... 4.5 or 4.6.... Andre ran a 4.43... Zallen is a tremendous all around athlete though.... On the halliday v.s. burstrom... as a Farragut fan having seen both play... halliday is a much better quarterback... his stats aren't as impressive bc look at the people he has around him v.s. the people burstrom is surrounded with... As for halliday and works v.s. burstrom and garner... i'd take garner and burstrom b.c garner is leaps and bounds ahead of works... As for who i would like to play.... Billy Blount... It'd be alot easier to lose to them as opposed to Bearden b/c i dont want to be known as the first senior class to lose to them in 6 years... That being said i think we beat either one of them.... MARYVILLE was not the best offense WB has seen either... I watched that game and was really not impressed.... Farragut's Offense is wayyyy better.... The nod would go to maryville's d though against ours....

Farragut 2 years ago... same situation both teams in top five in state and it was for the region title... great came OR came out on top 21-13... they scored a touchdown off of what should have been an int but our guy dropped it and it was a touchdown for OR with like 2 minutes left... Heartbreaker...then they pounded us in the playoffs....

First of all... Great post.. liked the facts without all the personal attacks we are accustomed to seeing.....I do think you are correct in saying that WBs defense is much better than Farragut... But as you can see even the best defenses have extreme trouble in bottling up Sterling... sure you can make adjustments... Interesting tid bit on that... Sterling was more impressive in all of the repeat games last year against opponents than in the original game... except Ooltewah... Farragut was blowing Ooltewah out the other night and our Defense just let them back in the game... If we can shore up the Defense this team could do somethin special... Our D Line is playin outstanding right now... LBs aren't too shabby but the secondary needs some serious help... WB will be a very hard faught game if both teams make it to the quarter finals which I'm anticipating happening... It's a darn shame we aren't on opposite ends of the playoff bracket... they really need to look into doin somethin like that bc region 2 teams always end up playin each other in the second round and the quarter finals bc we just dominate region 1... Enough for my ranting.... Thank you though TVGov you are alot more level headed and professional than some of the other WB fans i have talked with... It's Definitely 1. Andre Sterling from Farragut ..... League of his own Huge Distance 2. Brian Marshall from Ooltewah 3. Jarrod Stephens from Oak Ridge 4. Darren Garner from William Blount 2,3,4 all have just straight insane speed... garner = fastest white kid in state lol... marshall = fastest in state period.... stephens= excellent speed probably top 5 in state 1. Andre has the utlimate combo of speed, power, agility, balance, and footwork... Kid is just unreal... 1648 yards and 20 TDs through 8 games... And thats still with everyone stacking the box b.c they know its coming.... Can you say Mr. Football?... Got robbed and finished 2nd last year...

Delusional WB fans.... what makes you think your AMAZING, UNBLOCKABLE,AND DOWN RIGHT RUTHLESS Defense could possibly contain Andre... I mean come on... Let's get real here sure you have a great team, but I think the strength of the team lies on the Offensive side of the ball... And with the adjustments and personal changes Farragut has made to correct it's deficiencies it will be tougher for you to move the ball... While you might not give up 306 yards this time, you sure as heck aren't going to bring Andre to a screeching halt... With all that said... Billy Blount will beat the ###### out of everyone until the Farragut playoff game, which will be a hard fought game... I think it will be Farragut on top in the end just like last time... Don't take offense in this and make this a fight... come back with a counterpoint... by the way Garner is one heckuva player...
