I am with you on kids that move from Clinton somwhere else bc they feel like they will win more... But I am totally against lamblasting a sixteen year old over his mom moving

I very seriously doubt colleges will question a kid that was forced to move... He had no choice.. He was very proud to be a dragon... I for one am gonna miss him becuase I'm a Clinton boy... But I'm not gonna question his pride when he had no choice in the matter.. The reason he was going to grace was bc his parents wanted a Christian education... And he didn't want to face his buddies from Clinton bc he obviously still had friends and was Hurt he had to leave...

Mother decides where you go to school in joint custody...Matt Is a awesome kid...you have no business saying he has no pride.

Pyke's mom got married and had to move... No hurt feelings or anything... Still friends with a lot of Clinton guys...

Pyke Has been on unofficial visits to UT the last two days... I know he has been contacted by several different SEC schools with Oregon also contacting him. Nice to see a local guys getting some looks by UT..including Cam Patrick... This is something fulmer would never do... Kudos to Dooley... And nice addition to AC

Yeah deff...he doesn't get the fact that coaches have a lot To do with energy levels and intensity...a great coach Can change a kids life for the better and a horrible coach can change a kids life for the worse..

Some parts of effort does fall back on the coaches...if a kid doesn't trust him or think he isnt doing the team good do you think a 15-18 year old kid will try his hardest? Do you think there is a player over at Maryville that it's hard to give good effort? U don't think so...if you think these coaches get full potential out of there players...ur blind...if you think I'm saying Pyke couldn't work harder or any other player for that matter..that's not the case...

Dragon I would trust you more then what we have now...this is horrible...Pyke is gonna be a D1 linemen...it isn't me just telling you...look at rivals and scout...hes getting intrest from a lot of school and his award list is pretty extensive...why is it that these coaches can't do anything with thy kind of talent...

The coaches honestly forget their game plan during the games...they tell a linemen the block a certain way during the week and then get on to them on Fridays for blocking how they told them...I honesly believe the root of the problem is coaching the O line. Clinton should be able To run the ball easy and I really can't pin the issue on the Kids. We have a freshman and a sophomore that will prob end of playing somewhere big on Saturdays but yet the coaches can figure out how to use their size and talents...coaches should know....PYKE is not a center.,.when they had success in the spring the running backs ran behind him pulling from his guard spot...there putting their best linemen at a disadvantage and no allowing him to use his strengths...

So they change a blocking assignment for that? You obviously don't know this kid. Why would he be afraid of Someone that isnt near the talent he's competed against? He handled a kid at the all american game that now has verbally committed to LSU. Your explanation and football knowledge is obviously flawed....

I agree all the blame can't be put on the coaches but there is something fundamentally wrong when the center has block responsiblility on a backer when he has a nose guard on him.... I would of thought it was player error until I kept seeing it play after play.. If your telling your kid to let a nose guard go and just go after a backer, sometimes even a outside backer there is something wrong with your blocking stragegy, the play is blown up even before your running back gets to the hole espically when playing a D line like oak ridge.

Clinton has several good players on their team. There was some obvious bad calls by Kerr last night. Why woul you try to run outside on a team that is so much faster than you? He is a complete bust, and I'm not sure if you tallied the stats, this may possibly be the worst team in Clinton history. There are some great players on Clinton's, search Matthew Pyke on rivals... You will see how many SEC schools are showing interest in him. Dylan Dotson and Austin Powell are good running backs... We have just been consistently out coached this year.... And I'm not sure if it's going to get any better.

I believe by the end of the regular season OR will be 9-1 with the only loss at the hands of maryville. They are a veteran team with a awesome coaching staff. OR 35 FHS 7

I knew CAK offense would be good but with my pick I was banking on ACs defense to be a lot better....they couldn't tackle. Then AC starts running nothing but swing plays and screen passes....I know this was the only thing working but they better figure out something that gets the ball down field...i know the screen pass was but teams in this region will figure that out quick...AC QB showed signs of brilance but he look nervous and uncomfortable...that will change with more time In the back field...great arm strength

I know CAK had a great coaching staff...I'm no AC fan I just think their coaches get more out of their players...this game can go any way but depth will be a issue for CAK....I think AC focuses more on defense than CAK does

How long has it been since CAK won a state championship?

This should be a really great game and I really struggled picking a winner...CAK has ran the system for years but AC will no doubt have the coaching edge...AC is extremely young and that could hurt them later on in the season but I think they will be fine this game 35 28 AC

I think I program is a direct reflection of a coach...I have never had one promblem with AC head coach...the guy Is a class act....he called my cousin a Clinton last year when he broke his ankle just to check on him...that's a gutsy move and he earned the respect I got for him...but he could have just been glad his linemen didn't have to go up against him....I'm not sure haha jk
