I am anxious to see how Halls does in some scrimages. ZCar, Who are, in your mind, going to start this year for halls?

If that is the case explain then Maryville over Melrose Championship? I agree but a good game plan can help you overcome dominace at the tallent level.

The wing T is desinened to key on linebacker and defensive end weakness. The key to their plays is having a line backer on the oppesing side that has free roam and doesnt have a specific hole. If you can get him confused on who has the ball you can really do some damage to the score board. But the way to stop the Wing-T is to have a good gap assingment deffense, were a DT can get about a yard in the back field then the Wing-T is blown to Heck. Now adays the wing-t is inieficient becuase of the speed of most deffenses, that is why you dont see many colleges using the set. I really think that the set my hurt Riverdale is the long run just becuase of its inefectiveness agiants a good lateral deffense.

Didnt he score a touchdown agiants Central Last year as a sophmore? I think it was a 25 yard catch right on the ouot of bounds line or somthing like that, All i know is that it was a great clutch catch for a sophmore. How is halls doing? Weight training wise.

Your an idget, There is no way powell is going to edge out central or west, so what makes you think you guys are going to beat maryville , you had big UT last year and what did he do? I will beleive your predictions when I see them.

But remeber it is just a scrimage. If Maryville wins "it was just a scrimage and we didnt play any of are starters" But if Maryville loses "wow we totally dominated you guys, there is no way maryville could contend with a 5A team."

Heritage and william blount both 5A

Under estimation of a team can get you beat. I would not count West out of being a good team this year. No they are not a power house like Maryville or Central, but they are on my watch out for list.
