Hey Dragon!, your a morron, Polk County CANT beat Notre Dame. We are way to quick for Polk. Polk is to SLOW and like I said Coach Davis is a good coach but I believe I could coach a team and beat McMinn Central and other no name teams. East Ridge had a bad week.

Hey guys, this wont even be a game, Polk is to slow to compete with the Irish. Dont get me wrong Polk is good but they have played one team that was worth something and lucked out of that one(East Ridge). All this Region Championship game talk it will just be like a practice for Notre Dame, going up against the Sophomores and Freshmen scout team. Polk linebackers are to small and the defensive backs cant defend a pass worth nothing.

This game was a good step towards next week, which is the region championship against Notre Dame.

Polk doesn't need to over look Central this week. But i think the Polk @ Notre Dame game will be the biggest in the region. I think it will be a tight game that will be determined by turnovers and time of possession. It will be a tight one for the Wildcats.

Coach Ronald Davis won the only State Title at Polk in 1981, they went 36-1 with the only loss coming from Sweetwater.
Thats a hard question to answer, but you never know.

Word this year out of the Meigs County camp is that if the Tigers had to pick one team to beat in 2005 it would be the Polk County Wildcats. The coach is more than aware that it will be an all out battle come 7:30 Friday night and both teams will be armed and ready.
"It seems to be a little different this time. I've heard more than a few people around say that they don't think we can beat Meigs this time and they just hope we can hold our own," said the coach. "Even some people that know sports that I've talked to said they think that we won't be able to pull this one off. I just hope we can prove everybody wrong. All I know is it's going to be tough."

Looks like Meigs could hand Polk their first Region loss of the year.
What do you think polkwildcat, will it be as tough as all the sports writers are making it seem.
I look for Meigs to come out and hit Polk hard and try to hurt Polk as they did last year when Brandon Murphy was punting it and 30 yards away from the play a Tiger player hit him in his knees and tore his ACL.
Will it be dirty or a clean game???

hmm pretty cocky....your the only one on here saying polk will blow loudon outta the water...as i can tell u have not watched a game of loudons yet..well let me fill u in a little...loudons D Is the kind that confuses the O and will blitz 3 or 4 ppl at once...and the DBs can guard the pass...as for the O they r half and half..at times they will play smash mouth football and pound it up the middle...and at times they will drop back and pass or if they got to they can let the backs make the holes them selfs...so Mr.dragon do some research before u make wild post...this will be a close game...both teams r great when it comes to the 4TH Quater....its most like gonna be close so my call is whoever wins will win by a td or less...good luck redskins...
I agree that it will be a close game, but after one of coach Davis's half-time speeches i think the wildcats will play as good if not better than Loudon.
