I don't want to underestimate anybody here, but I just have not seen the strength in the other district yet. LA by 10.

Underestimating is alot of what goes on when upsets occur. Even though LA won the regular season Dist. 8AA, seems like they underestimated Upperman in the District tournament. Blowout,upset,close game, one of these will happen.That said, anything can happen on any given night. May the best team win. Good luck to all.

BB3 speed dial doesn't do any good when you can't answer your phone.. Saying you are normally busy the same time the game is going on...lol

Guess you could always call time in the middle of a game and tell them you have to take this phone call...that would be funny!!!

Don't step on the toes.....umpires stick together.....Of course if I call time and tell the teams playing what I am doing, i'm sure they will understand that I would only be trying to help out some of their fellow comrades from getting thrown out.....but hey guys if ya wanna take the rule book on the field ......go for it...somebody i'm sure just might pay the price!!!

Just make sure Coach Downs, you don't take that rule book on the field....lol..remember you have me on speed-dial

You need athletes to compete and Bledsoe don't have them...the more the athletes the better shot you have, the smarter they are makes it even better. Its hard to get everything lined up to have that every year. Oh btw, did Hurd or Pankey play in a state tournament. Not to my knowledge.

You for got to mention that Seq. Co. was blasting Jasper 10-3 with 18 hits in the top of 4th with bases loaded and

no outs. Then the baseball gods struck Seq. Co. it started to rain. Coach Roberts didn't waste any time calling the

game did he? It's wasn't 10 minutes an it was called. Most places like Red Bank would have tried to get it in. They

used 12 bags of conditioner and tarped the field twice in their game. But the all mighty warriors got away with one didn't they.

Just wanted to let people know the real story.

1st of all once the game starts it is in the hands of the umpires, 2nd the whole field was wet not just the infield. If you want to blame anyone, blame me, I was the umpire that called the game. I felt for the safety of the kids that we not continue the game.

Robert High of Brainerd and Randy King of Oakland, both are great coaches as well as good people too.

I'm not disagreeing that more could have been picked, just that they probably based it all on Thursday, since three courts were used at once Tuesday. Sequatchie didn't play nearly as well as they could until at times in the third game.

I just feel it wasn't done fairly, but knowing where this was played(Chattanooga) it is very typical of how things are done...My opinon

Tournament MVP.....and Indian....plaques have been sent to the school or picked up when someone is not there for the finals. Other kids were deserving, not just Chattanooga schools.

MVP should have gone to either #7 or #12 of Notre Dame. Out of the 12 all - Tournament team, 9 were from East Ridge and Notre Dame. Yes they were the best but Sale Creek and Sequatchie Co. played other games than these today. I think they should have deserved more than what they got...Just my opinion...

that was the worst game csas has ever played.their defense was terrible.and not only that but marsh,powell,cable and everyone else was off.csas couldnt make any shots.and plus csas just ran out of gas near the end.marsh looked like he was goin to die after the game

...Pardon me...just what is the "excuse" you mentioned refer to?????...both coaches agreed to move the game and since it was scheduled at Grundy ( where the Lady RAMS won last year ) in my opinion both teams probably needed to get "ready" for each other by playing this game after the holiday break...I'd call this a "mutual" understanding instead of an "excuse"... Comments are requested!!
