Jo Byrns vs. Cwood: Collinwood had 363 rushing yards, and 6 passing yards. 5 turnovers. Mt. Pleasant vs. Cwood: Collinwood had 399 rushing yards, 32 passing yards. 3 turnovers. Now if all of yall think Jo Byrns defense is SOOOOO bad, then why did MP give up more rushing and passing yards, and creat less turnovers. Now if somebody has a REAL answer for that, then yall can talk about how bad Jo Byrns defense is. Until then dont talk about Jo Byrns unless, u think MP's is really bad too.

Thats why i said they havent really been tested, but i will say that Cascade averaged 38 pts per game going into our game, and we limited them to 7.

Cant believe nobody has mention that Ravenwood has a chance to upset Gallatin.

4 official shutouts, BUT lets breakdown every game. 1. Halls returns kick to 5 yd line TD, 54-7. 2. Cannon Co. INT ret for a TD, D gives 0 first downs in first half, 43-7. 3. Eagleville scored first legit TD in second half against Jo Byrns, 17-7. 4. Nashville Christian, D gave 0 first downs and bench was cleared b4 halftime. NCS scored on a punt against 2 team punt team, and a TD against 2 Defense, 34-12. 5. East Robertson, total domination, 36-0. 6. Forrest, Defense dominated again, 36-0. 7. Heritage, same story, 40-0. 8. Clarksville Academy, scored w/ 69 secs left on the 3 D, 38-7. 9. Mcewen, Defense really hit stride this game, 35-0. 10. Cascade, didnt allow a descent drive entire game until there was 2 minutes left and the game was over, only TD setup by a 59 yd pass and Rough the Passer call, 35-7. So really the Jo Byrns 1 team defense has given up 3 TDs and has 7 shutouts. THATS GOOD!!!! I agree though, that the D hasnt been tested by a potent offense, and we will find out how good it really is in the next few weeks.

I am not getting into it with everyone, so i will just put my predictions: Jo Byrns over Huntland 35-0 Mt. Pleasant over Forrest 42-21 Cascade over Wayne Co. 28-14 Collinwood over Heritage 28-14 If my picks are even close to right, then i think it shows that region 6 and 5 are pretty close to equal. I think both 1 and 2 seeds win, i will make predictions on the other games later. I dont like looking ahead too far. As for saying Jo Byrns is overconfident, these are the same fans that have been saying Jo Byrns is gonna win state all year, do u really think they are gonna change there mind now. That doesnt make them overconfident, just confident in the team they root for, remember these are not players.

If u think JB looks the same, ur in for a big surprise!! They would beat last years team by 3 or 4 TD's IMHO.

I dont know how u wasnt impressed w/ Jo Byrns, but if thats how u feel, so be it. They didnt even have to use their passing game(which is great) and still was able to get 370 rushing yards on the sloppy playing conditions. Cascade had one big play, other then that was shut down. Not disagreeing w/ ur picks, but dont see how ur relaxed after watching Jo Byrns. I gurantee u are alittle worried tho

What would happen if both these teams had a home playoff game? I know u dont, but what if?

U guys really arent giving Region 5 any credit, but thats ok. I honestly believe that if Collinwood visits the dungeon, they will be burned, and sent packing. As for Collinwood vs. Heritage. Collinwood has more talent, BUT Heritage plays very hard, and u cant let them hang around, or they will make u pay. If Collinwood looks over them at all, it will be a very close game. The Cascade vs. Wayne County game wont be as close as u guys say. Cascade is still a very good team, and still killed 2 region 6 teams earlier this year. Granted they werent the elite region 6 teams, it shows that they would be towards the top of region 6, if they were there. I say Cascade wins by 2-3 TD's. Dont make me look bad Cascade, lol.

No score prediction yet, just know i cant wait to get the playoffs going!!!! Huntland may know we are good, but they wont be ready come next friday. Dont overlook anybody Jo Byrns, just keep playing w/ the same intensity, and execution and u guys will be fine.

The JB team this year is head over heels better then last year. But i'll let u find that out for urself.

Fans like u are very annoying, all we have done is got on here and made our predictions and then u have to go and start dogging other teams. Dont worry about Jo Byrns 1st rd game, they will take care of that. You just worry about u guys winning ur last game of the year, cuz yalls season is almost ova.

17-7, but Eagleville has fallen apart since then, all u have to do is look at scores, and it proves it. Jo Byrns QB had a concussion, and Jo Byrns was forced to run straight at Eagleville in the second half, they stacked the box and stopped us, w/o the threat of pass.

I wish there was a way, too keep the traditional entrance for Jo Byrns going during away games.

I love this kinda of crap talk, because it makes for a good game yet, it is all light hearted. I hope Jo Byrns and Cascade continue to play in week 10, could make for a good rivalry.

Jo Byrns has scored on their first drive in every game, but one!!! So i dont know where u got ur info. It may have been Trevyvols99, but the point was that Cascade players being "Jacked Up" isnt really gonna be a factor, because so will the JBHS players.

Our QB threw for 4 TD's in the first half against Clarksville Academy too, nothing to brag about.
