Are they doing those games at Grace this year? I asked my buddy who has been helping & going since they started it & he says everytime he text the guy who runs it & his name escapes me at the moment that the guy only says who is this? I know Sullivan East is playing Sullivan Central in Some Children's Bowl & Heritage vs Clinton Thursday plus White County vs Green Hill Saturday.Those would have all been good games up there at Grace

Actually here is why Maryville & Alcoa are hated.Kid goes to a private school.Family has financial difficulties pop up & has to transfer to a public school.Sorry kid got to sit out a year.Kid transfers from a school to Maryville or Alcoa.TSSAA ask why did you transfer? Kid answers because my school sucks in football & Alcoa & Maryville don't.TSSAA "Well son eligibility granted".As for Fulton well you guys poached South Doyle kids for years as did AE,Alcoa,Maryville which was a main contributor to their string of bad seasons.Since that ended success has eluded you & AE for awhile now.

Both teams should be saddled with a forfeit.This would NEVER happen in Illinois(yea I know they aren’t playing this fall) The IHSA would make every effort to get the game in 100% If not whoever couldn’t make it work whether it would be 1 or both would be saddled with a forfeit,get fined & face a possible 1 year playoff ban

Green Hill won by Covid forfeit this week  though I’m skeptical on that.Republic sadly couldn’t field a team this year so Green Hill picked up their schedule 

If Green Hill can expand it’s radius for collecting football players such as Alcoa & Maryville then they might match those 2 on the field.

Good Luck to all teams this week.I’m officially retiring from this board.

Lakeway is really a JV team.They have beautiful facilities & a great coach.They played 2 games maybe last year as a JV as teams cancelled games with them.They were a team with 20 players if that.This year they have double & are growing.They will take some beatings but beat them while you can because they will be a major player in a few years.They had some bad injuries last week.Hoping those kids are ok.
