some people dont understand that everything in life goes both ways. yes a football team doesnt get beat bad but no looks at the other sports that catch the heat from these beatings. by the way, that night at rbs we had 1 sr 2 jr and 5 fr with the 5 fr on the floor in the fourth.

first, i know what humble is. try being a basketball player for tc during all this. teams have been getting their revenge for years when they played us with out our football players. for one, 2002 rbs ran up the score on us by subbing their starters in the fourth quarter, while full court pressing, to break 100 points on us. final 96-40 rbs. So dont sit there and tell me about humble. next, when you "seen" the score, which means you have no idea what took place because you wasnt there. finally, judge all you want but buy the tape of the game and watch before you get on bashing.

im saying top to bottom. after celina and pickett whose left. rbs without meador. yes celina and pickett are probably 1-2 in the region but after that i believe the rest is made up of 8a. plus, lately 8a has made a push on 7a for region titles and runners up so dont count on it being a 7a region final.

further more your statement is incorrect because we do play some privates. Others have been moved up to 2a. Which of course is because of satterfield and his magic wand. Now i know the next post will be but you dont or wont play the goodpastures, cpas, ezells; however, there are more privates out there but they are the only ones mentioned. So the correct statement should be why wont trousdale play these three privates and not why wont trousdale play the privates.

i see you are from georgia, which is 3 hours away. How do you enough factual information to make that statement. You get all your information from bias reporting from both sides.

people have a perception that we were 5 wide and throwing it down field on every play. That we were running trick plays and calling timeouts. That our first team went in and change numbers to play more whatever. The bottom line is this, if the team does not try and stop you (try being the key word) its their fault for what happens. we are not that good (and i know were not for a fact) that rbs could not tackle us on a consistent basis.

exactly, you could not find ways to stop. the pass was thrown behind the line and if the pass would have been called a pitch or an option( plays to get the back around the end) no one would have said anything.

its not running up the score when we run up the middle and it goes for 50 yards. Do you tell your boys to run out of bounds at the one? Do you tell them to knee it down every down (this would be a slap in the face)? WWTD? We have milked the clock against many teams this year already. How do you score 91 points with 490 yards of total offense and with a running clock unless they just want stop you? Therefore, i pose the question to you vols2422 to answer and be specific. And yes we did throw a swing pass that three rbs players missed tackles on that led to a 50 yard touchdown. sorry i have seen teams put 800 yards of total offense and only get 70 points. So how did we get 91 with 500?

i have seen your team temple put many points on teams in basketball. As far as character, please go to a basketball home game and listen to your fans.

if you are going to name big team you can not use "and a few other people". this tells me they were not big enough for you to remember. Anyways we played all three of the schools you listed. And, for your Riverdale comment, there is noway we would allow them to score 91( there's your heart).

i maybe wrong but wasnt those losses from using an illegal player. furthermore, cpa had been around for longer than 3 years and played in big time ball games. How many big time ball games has temple been in. Please refrain from using basketball games.

1. friendship -- good guards and a decent post player 2. gordonsville -- good guards but unsure how they will rebound 2. westmoreland -- high-energy rebounder and two proven guards 2. trousdale -- athletically the best but you never know what you are going to get 3. mt juliet christian -- big kid back (soph) should be leading scorer but guard play in question 4. watertown -- only team with proven big man (6'6 or taller senior) Was a witness to friendship this summer and they had a good camp and won a lot. also heard trousdale play celina, preseason state pick, to one point. believe top to bottom region 8 is stronger with region 7 being top heavy (pickett and celina and maybe rbs).

Your team is 6-4 correct? that being 6 wins and 4 losses and you believe they are a contender. Everyone says that temple is offense only; however, is takes a team with offense and a defense to be a contender. This shows your obtuseness and behnightedness about championship contenders.

If you are tired of them why get on here and talk about them? Who is jo byrns anyway? This is the first year i have even heard of them and you can not say that about TC. They are number 1 because they have proven it over many many many years.

its funny that people give coach satterfield all the credit for the multipler rule. Did he invent this idea? However, to my knowledge, not very much, this issue had to be voted for or against. This would mean a majority, not just satterfield, wanted the multipler.

Furthermore, when we were really rolling, mid to late 90's, nobody wanted a piece. We had to go out of state to find games. Riverdale, MBA, BA did not want any. It wasn't until after 99 that these teams came calling after the talent had dropped off. Also, TC is aware of Temple and their passing game and knows they will score some points against us. Once and that was it. How come you did not continue playing them. Playing a team once means nothing. Schedule them year to year then talk.

the hype is we are expected to win. We were picked from day one. People want to see us fall and because of this there is a lot of hype. People always hate those who win not those who lose. look at USC, everybody was pulling for ND to win that game. Ten years ago nobody would have pulled for ND because they were always winning.

we beat a team in our classification and now you want us to jump 5 classes to play someone who will beat us. could you not find someone closer to us to beat us maybe like the great 2a teams. bet krp could tell you a few he/she loves dem privates.
