smyrna is in a tough region this year they have done ok for what they have been sayin they are gonna do..few impressing individuals...few lucky ones that everyone thinks is good but just does the head throw...they will do good for who they are....

hopefully he can take better care of his self this year...maybe noone will hurt him...

who are some of the best guys at 125 for this region... i kno a few MtJuliet - Yates-Orr (Pretty strong looking) Hendersonville- Freshman but knows moves Beech- Shanes (awsome wrestler very strong) first in region

who makes springfield good wat weight...... I am just stating the obvious, coud it be that the coach of smyrna is not wise enough and getting to old to coach a team from nothing and make them good enough to win a region. I think winning the region is out of the question. Smyrna shouldn't even be apart of a ragion discussion. Yes, they have won the rutherford count duals, but look at the teams, The reagion and rutherford county are 2 different things. To even come close to getting the top two or three in the region would be a mirracle.

Why don't we talk about wrestlers that are worth talkin about, rather than a freshmen and a sophmore? And maybe from better teams.

It seems to me that every where in coach-t you go you will see David Sommers. Is this just me or does it seem like he has nothing better to do than cause contention. And why always Bradley, does he have a thing against good teams.

Are the brothers as good as this triplet...b/c they could of just had easy matches...if they are seniors i do not se either of them on the bracket for state last year....

CoachGonyeaSHS is right they did not send any to state and look at all the other teams in the region and look at who they sent to state... what or who is gonna make springfield stand out this year...same for beech.... i know hendersonville has bundy and a few others... but who is gonna be good in this region....name names.....

Who will do good in region 8(individual and team)?? I think that Mt Juliet will be up there with a few studs...then of course hendersonville and then either beech or lavergne...
