It is from my understanding that Kerr wants Tony Lambert as the HC at AC. Also I believe that he would take the job, but the only thing that would keep him from taking it would be if his family would move or not. Lambert has always loved AC and it tore him up when he left. Yes he did have a better opportunity at Oneida, and it was closer to home, but I believe that he will take it if the opportunity is right for him and his family. Also, I believe that Terry will be the AD if he wants it when Stooksbury retires. He would like to be a HC, but he can't deal with all of the pressure and being away from his young children. I also think that neither of the Price brothers have enough experience to be a head coach. They have only been at AC for one or two years. Also, they are too young to take over a program that is one of the best in East Tennessee. Also, I don't believe that AC will hire a coach who may or may not be what they think they are. I have heard from sources, not saying that its true, but the Price brothers have parties all the time and invite young women to them. Like I said before, I don't know if this is true, it is just something that I have heard. I believe that Sweetland will interview for the job, but I do not think he will leave Farragut. They are a great school, and he has a great job. I think that Gillum will interview as well, but I don't think he is what AC is looking for. If Lambert turns down the offer, I believe that Gillum will have a shot, but only if Lambert doesn't take it.

both of these teams have really struggled this year expecially LA they lost most of there starters to graduation and AC cannot win for losing. AC played well last week i thought against a very tough AE team. as a former maverick myself i have never been a part of a team this low in the standings or this bad of a record so i look for the mavericks to finally click and show someone that next year they will be for real. anderson county no matter what wont make the playoffs this year. i am a former player from ac and every time we played ae we came out focused and if i recall the last 4 years all the games have been close and we have thrown the game away 3 times. last year we had them beat but we gave them a touchdown on a drive inside our own 10 and if we could have recovered it we would have won. ac has not had a good year but look for them to come out focused like always vs ae. this will be close. i give the edge to ac @ home and it being home coming. last time we hosted ae @ home it was homecoming and we lost by 3 anderson county- 24 austin east- 21 last second feild goal to win

im a former maverick and i have never seen a team like this one i was a spectator at the clinton-campbell county game and clinton looked like a team on a mission if the mavs cant stop the pass then they will be the first ac team to lose to clinton in 6 years if ac can get a ground game established then they wiil be tough to beat ac by 1
