It will be a good series. Let me be clear I was not trying to start a competition of who plays the toughest schedule, even though looking back that is how it sounded and i apologize for that. I was just trying to understand how playing single A teams will help if you are trying to build a top double A program like im sure your coach is. If spring Hill has a lot of talent then how will they improve if they are play inferior teams? Last year Spring Hill folded in the district tournament and i think it was because they did not play top teams. If i am wrong, why did they underproduce in the tournament?

I support Page and other Williamson County schools. Page has a much tougher schedule. Lets role off some of the teams they play this year. Mt. Juliet, Overton (twice), Shelbyville, Smyrna, Warren County, Clarksville, Goodpasture (twice), Oakland,Dickson and Columbia. Spring Hill cant come close to that

Dont forget the Loretto St. Patricks Day tournament! Really tough competition in that one!! Gotta schedule some easy wins.

I wonder if Spring Hill really thinks they are getting better by beating up on Single A teams??

"Giles County has a shot to be at the top. The biggest question for them is will the same GC team show up game to game. Last season they struggled with that. They were a totally different team day to day. I guess it depends on the attitudes of the kids. They have several pitchers returning with the additions of a few more." This district is known for its arms. It seems that whoever has the best arms will come out on top this year. So i ask, who has the best pitching staff?

Marshall County has to be the favorite until they are dethroned. Spring Hill has a loaded Junior class with very highly skilled players. Page has lots of seniors. I would say one of these two teams are the favorite to end Marshalls streak of district championships.

How would you find a state record for most stolen bases? Do they keep a record of this? David Seeman at Page has 32 stolen bases so far and has yet to be caught stealing.

So let me get this strait. So far we have predictions for Marshall, Giles, Loretto, and Spring Hill to all win district 10AA. Where are the Lewis County and Page fans?

Overpowering seems to be a strong word. Would you say that deceptive would fit most of the top pitchers in the district? Are there any "overpowering" kids in this district at all? What about pitchers duels? Do you guys forsee any great matchups this spring?
