I agree w/ Kisabeth in regards to the discipline being restored. We have to have that . Not sure you can equate how many are in workout class to numbers that will be on the sideline in August though. I am sure numbers will be up. I am looking forward to somebody coming in and bringing us back.

This is the first time I have ever heard any of the kids like Smoot. I don't know him so I have no thoughts either way on him. I do not think a return to fundamentals for the spring would be a bad thing. I saw a defense last year that missed a lot of tackles.

This is a temporary hire through the spring is it not? This is just to keep the program together until new coach is hired in April or May.

What about David Cagle, Cartersville HS, Chuck King HC in GA w/ successful college experience? How about Joe Pinkerton who did a good job in state game for Maryville? Not sure if we need to bring anybody back from Meadows regime due to serious lack of discipline on that team. If we are going to consider asst. coaches you have to look @ Gary Jett who has had a solid career.
