  1. people like you running their mouths and fabricating the truth is the reason this happen in the first place.. you guys come on here and bash EA... and how do you get to read the letter in the first place???

And respect> after the way some of your students acted, and you want to talk about respect. don't look like there was any to loose..

  2. I found this comment under the tennessean, thought it was interesting."This is ridiculous. This young man did not know if any of those individuals rushing the court had a weapon or wanted to do him bodily harm. They were already taunting him. That means they were already out of control. As Americans dont we have a right to defend ourselves. Did he run into the stands? No. Did he taunt any fans? No. You cannot wait and ask someone are you trying to be my friend. If you wait that long you could end up hurt or dead. If someone is already disrespecting you, they dont want to be your friend. If this was my son I would sue Lawrence County (for lack of fan control), TSSAA (for not requiring adequate security at a sanctioned TSSAA event), Shelbyville HS (for suspending him). I was a HS athlete in Nashville and I guarantee you if I was rushed on the court and blocked from the locker room by fans that were insulting me and heckling me, I would protect myself. Hello, if they are stopping you from leaving, they are trying to harm you." Great point....

Okay man. We were not trying to hurt him and we did not start the altercation. Yeah we were yelling at him the whole game but that's what we do. We pick the other teams best player and try to get in their head, and try to get them off their game. Actually before the game when they were standing there, one of us said to EA and I quote, "hey man we talk crap to you and then you slam on us so it's all cool haha" and then EA laughed. We have a lot of respect for him.

Exactly EA laughed... Thats what he does... He does not throw cheap shots and I am only trying to get answers of why he and the 2 other boys got such a harsh punishment for defending themselves??

  3. Hearsay is what you get when you're not accompanied by evidence.

So the Shelbyville fans that volunteered to speak about the incident... why would anyone do that, indicting their hometown team as deserving punishment, unless they were compelled to do so? Also, I do not believe TSSAA would make any ruling without sufficient evidence to make that ruling. So, like I said if you bring new info to the table, then be our guest. Something new on this issue would actually be refreshing.

I know your case is built on self defense, but the ruling was based on many, many accounts that it was not self defense including a lot of SCHS supporters.

You sound like you made a ruling on this matter....How do you know so much about SCHS fans when you live in Lawrenceburg??? guess i know now why i was given no answers when i called....

Like i said many, many accounts.... no evidence just what someone said...

Crying shame that E has no say on what happened...

  5. Very few people are outspoken about Andrews acting in self defense, including the Shelbyville testimonies. Why would other hometown fans say he was an instigator and not acting in self defense? I'm sorry but cases are built on evidence, not the hearsay of someone slinging a story varying from the majority of other first hand accounts.

Again, why would TSSAA have an agenda to rule against or in favor of either one of these schools?

yea thats what im trying to figure out... When i spoke to TSSAA they would not tell me why a decision was made.. and also said there was no tape as evidence..

And for the record this is not hearsay...TSSAA made a hasty decision and I vow to try to get him playing again..

  6. 'Look I know what I saw'... Are you disputing the Shelbyville fans that were outspoken about the incident in contacting the person(s) involved? BTW it wasn't to defend their hometown team, but indicating their team as the main players in the violence.

of course he was involved yall made it that way... not saying he didn't punch anyone.. im saying he was defending himself.. and who wouldn't... but to suspend for the rest of the season is a little harse...a fight is a fight ejection and a 2 game suspension...thats what im trying to say here..

  7. Sir, you can take it however you want to. I'm just ole' dooleydaffy. As for that it doesn't matter who I am. Do I ask who you are sir? I didn't think so. So what you can do is assume all you want to assume because guess what! Assumptions don't mean diddly now a days. Goodbye sir. I have a paper due for College tomorrow and I can't waste my time on knuckleheads like you sir.

yea truth comes out and you run and hide....go figure.....

  8. RandyMc. Can you sit on the front row of the bleachers? We call them floor seats. Mr. Coach from S'ville did push a cheerleader. It's fact. I don't know where you are going with this other than just rambling. I know you are standing up for S'ville, but really where are you going with this? You tried the SRO and it failed tonight so what else do you have sir?

it's a fact that she was pushed, but also a fact that it wasn't intentional.. he was doing his job by trying to get the guys to the locker room and then something that wasn't that big of a deal became a big deal, if it's not intentional now why was it such a big deal that it was intentional then. Coach Thomas was then pulled to the side because of that leaving the team way in front of the assistant coaches who had to break up the fight after it had started not much you can do then. I just don't understand why the cheerleader didn't understand that he was trying to get his team to the locker room and to get out of the way.. maybe she didn't realize but at the time she made it seem like he picked her up and tossed her by the way she was acting, but not it's an unintentional move to the side. Funny how things change after our best player is suspended.

Actually he was not helping his team get to the locker room. He only shook the head coaches hand and then he yelled at the refs and headed for the locker room while his team shook the hands of the other players. Fact!!

once again 100%false he said something to the ref then shook hands then he headed to the locker room.

  9. Crunchtime- what are you bringing to the table, in a beating-a-dead-horse argument by the way, that hasn't already been said or mentioned or considered by TSSAA? 100 percent certainty, as you have claimed several times, should be accompanied by better information than he said she said.

Look I know what happened and I know this is beating a dead horse, but when you get an all american and someone takes cheap shots at them and he is the one punished then see how that feels.

  10. yea Crunch thats correct, E turned back around made a right turn to go parallel with the bleachers and came into the student section

Student section???? where might that be at this point???? in the bleachers or on the floor????

Truth be known this was all planned???

  11. yea it was crowded, not saying it wasnt. but E had already gotten by. what stopped the teams progression to the locker room was E stopped and turned around. he then came through the student section (NOT the big group of ppl directly in front of the lobby doors, but along the bleachers in what MC calls the floor seats, along the out of bounds line.) he cheap shotted one guy and then got punched. EA threw the first punch: FACT. I was there. I was 3 feet away. Now, where sir or madam were you?

Yes i was.... and this is when i start to get upset...why did E turn around after he was past the guy that knocked him out??

  12. First of all this is the first time I have heard second row. Second. I wasn't standing in the way nobody was. He had a clear shot to the locker room. You sir need to calm down. Quit dropping accusations you can't back up. You don't know me sir.

Crunch, dont say its false bc your mad. EA cheap shotted one guy bc he wouldnt let him through. then i saw with both of my eyes (which have 20/20 vision), because i was less than 3 feet away, saw him get punched. then he didnt fight anymore. period. get over it.

    how bout this ????

  13. You 100% sure it wasn't an LCHS pullover? Did you happen to see the football coach during the incident? Just curious?

What about the football coach? He was with the kid that the SCHS players beat the crap out of!!

No, during at at the end of the game, not after the fact.....

Sorry Randy.........You lost me there. Could you explain where you are going with this??

I would just like to know where he was during the game, during the last minutes of the game and immediately after the game, not after the incident....just curious.

    RandyMc,

The SRO was sitting in front of me and two of the Eaglettes' fathers. At the end of the game, he jumped up and ran onto the court telling the 9 LCHS students (who were congratulating the Wildcats) to get back to the bleachers, until he was distracted by a SCHS coach and an LCHS cheerleader. Where were you?

9 Students?????? were you there?????? if so once again 100% wrong

  14. How? The floor is considered bleachers. They are called FLOOR SEATS. Amazing isn't it. So tell me this 180 degree turn please.

Floor is not the same thing as 2nd row bleachers...E was trying to get to the locker room but could not cause you were blocking it...

  15. Crunch, dont say its false bc your mad. EA cheap shotted one guy bc he wouldnt let him through. then i saw with both of my eyes (which have 20/20 vision), because i was less than 3 feet away, saw him get punched. then he didnt fight anymore. period. get over it.

See exactly what i need to hear, so your saying E hit a guy cause he would not let him through to his locker room???? But earlier yall were saying he took a cheap shot at a kid in the second row... my how this story starts to unravel please tell me more...

  16. YOu know I don't have a dog in this hunt...should probably stay out of this because I am sure to get hit from both sides. I do not go or have a kid to attend either school. Do not live in either district. You all have gone on and on not only in this thread but another....well over 40/50 pages.

Do you all realize you are both at fault???...let it go.

Shelbyville coach acted a fool to even get T'd up after the game. Ran over a cheerleader(I'm sure by accident) LCHS fans got on the court...as many students from many schools have in the past and will in the future. EA got in a fight(who cares who started it or why it happened...he got in a fight) A fight on school grounds should be like a fight during school....lucky he didn't get suspended from school. TSSAA ruled on the punishment...not LCHS.

I had a coach once tell me....Don't complain to me after the game about officiating or losing the game. Shouldn't have been that close to let the referees decide it. Don't complain about being punished over something...should keep away from trouble so as not to be accused.

Both schools, students, coaches, etc were the cause. Quit rambling about the same old thing from page one of the first thread. It will not change anything Suck it up and move on!!

Well first of all it is a big deal cause E was up for Mr. Basketball and second this is his senior year... Pretty big in his eyes.

Second he was trying to get to the locker room where LCHS had it blocked and started antaganizing him and took a swing at him.. what would you have done if you felt thretened and someone was coming at you.. not to mention about 30 other students???

  17. EA was past the first 2 rows of bleachers headed down the hall when he stopped walking. yea they had a hard time with the crowd cause we were on the floor, eveyone was moving down to see our SRO and try to leave, not surround the SCHS players. but then EA turned around and came through our crowd. yes im sure he was being taunted, but i was in the student section, there were no obscenities, only 'Jimmie'. there was no drink thrown and he threw the first punch which was a cheap shot, then he kept coming and someone punched him, and after that for some reason he didnt fight anymore lol

This story is pretty much the same as everyone that I have heard. Could the reason he stopped fighting was because he did actually get knocked out??

    100% false

See this is exactly what im talking about people like you getting on here and making stuff up.... I know exactly what happened and how it started...

Call the TSSAA and tell them. You will never know until you try. As much as you seem to care about Andrews it would be the least you could do!!

It just infurates me on how this all started and the one who gets caught is always the one who hits second....LCHS class act let me tell you....NOT..

  19. Will not do any good.... already have and looks like LCHS beat everyone by calling and fabricating their story....shame on you shame on you......

Sounds like its everyone that was actually there telling one thing and then YOU!!

if you mean all students of LCHS is everyone...your story. lies all lies
