  1. HARRISON SMITH, BOTH TAIT KIDS, BRANUM, SHOULD NAME THE SCHOOL THE TIM IRWIN TRAIN
  2. BHS FOOTBALL What game did the Offense WIN for the team or preserve a win for the team? Defense was much improved which created great field position for the offense. Dropped Webb who played in the State Championship. Discipline, Family, Heart, and Team sounds like the verbalization of a product was there, however the product itself fell somewhat short. My point was, what has he proven besides talked a good game to both players and parents. Game 1: BHS 7 CCHS 6 (CCHS missed extra point) Game 2: BHS 7 WHS 27 (Offense scored 7 points) Game 3: BHS 7 KDBHS 23 (DB was down for DB standards, only scored 7 points) Game 4: BHS 17 FHS 27 (10 points scored on offense, no points in 2nd half) Game 5 BHS 14 KHS 13 (Defense scores touchdown to WIN, they went for 2 and failed) Game 6 BHS 28 CHS 55 (21 points on offense vs 2nd and 3rd team all in 2nd half) Game7 BHS 9 JCSH 7 (THANKS DEFENSE, Science Hills blows chance at the end. THANKS DEFENSE AGAIN) Game 8 BHS 41 CAMPBELL CO. 0 (Back to the old Campbell Co.) Game 9 BHS 7 SCHS 19 (Offense scored 7 points) Game 10 BHS 35 JEFF CO. 10 (Jeff co. dresses 27 players very down, Defense scores 7 points) Game 11 BHS 17 FHS 21 (Could not get 1st down in 2nd half to win) Next years team has a great opportunity because they have an upcoming Junior class with good FOOTBALL PLAYERS – NO MATTER WHO THE COACH IS. As a parent the other side needs to be presented in these forums. Someone should play the devils advocate to ALL the anti- Maynard and pro-Ron Gray post.

  4. Eric, What makes Ron Gray so great?? Because as a parent watching every game as I see it the only reason Bearden had as much success as they did was because of 3 factors. 1. Sophomores 2. Defense scored more points 3. Easier schedule Where did Ron Gray contribute to any of the above??
