Be ready, Scott Thomas will be "suited up" to play on Friday night.
It makes me sick that Siegel seems to have all the newest technology and computers in the county. How do they use those computers to advance their students? By letting them get on a NON-educational site , CoachT all day long. Not only do they read and post at any time of the day, but they constantly degrade other schools and their students on it. You can be sure I will contact my School Board Chairman about all this "free " time that Siegel students seem to have. Blackman would love to trade technolgy equipment with Siegel. We would actually get the taxpayer's money's worth out of them.
Ken Nolan , you are aware of this yet allow IT!
I agree, even though there is one period during school when i can post, but its a computer class

what is there to deny. i dont go there. just let them be.
Then why do you care? Im just stating the obvious

resource?
Why would you call somebody a resource
for all you know he could have been, then youd feel really good about it, but oh wait, thats right you do go to siegel dont you

i would have 2 agree with this man right here there is no other cheering section crunker then the siegel nation
Let me clear something up for you Siegel people. First off your not UT-Orange Nation SHS version- Siegel nation. Also you are not Duke with the little finger thing when we take the ball out of bounds or shoot a free throw or when you do that thing when you jump up and down and bob your heads up and down.
Other wise your an ok student section.

real fans show up for every game....not just against your rival
an avg game for Oakland has about 100 students
At least we go to our own games

Siegel Nation was "CRUNK" at White County this past Tuesday night. All nine of them.
thats because the rest of them were at the Oakland vs. Cookeville game cheering for Cookeville, but then they saw we were up 23 at halftime so they left.
Ended up they missed a pretty good game

cant agree deandre is better cutter only looks goos cause of tha guys he has around him..u kno how many many white guys can stand behind tha arc and shoot i seen his dribble'n abilty didnt seem like nothin to get excited about to me..
exactly

No contest. White County vs. Cookeville is the best rivalry.
How many people were at this game the last time it took place?
Was it anywhere near 2400? Were there at least 200 people standing in the hallway? Were hundreds of people denied entrance at halftime of the girls game?
If not, its not as big as Oakland vs. Siegel

From here on out, every district game is huge if Oakland wants to win the district because Siegel will have no more than 2-3 losses in district play, and to be honest, id be suprised if they had 3 district losses. Maybe, im just a little crazy, but I think this game is gonna be a real close one, even with Riverdale not having Thomas or Mayfield, Burnett and Smith can still light it up as well as anybody
Im not saying its not a huge game to win, I know we need this win. Im just sayin I think we've already played the tougher of the two teams, not that Riverdale is bad but they are missing some of there key players

def tyler cutter... he has a shot and he can drive.. he is a good all around player.... he only gets better.. by the team hes a senior.. im thinkin top 25 in the state..
cutter is pretty good but what makes him so good is the team he is on. Next year he will really have to step up and he's going to need to grow in order to do that

DeAndre Maupins from Oakland
DeAndre Maupins from Oakland is definitly on this list.
He's fast, can jump, and can handle the ball excellently.

Siegel of course should not be on the list. Like you said they havent been around long enough. Talk to me in at least 20 years. Then they might be on the list.
Will see who's the most jealous after Friday.
Also many of siegels key players came from Oakland like Ramsey, Adams, Oden, Roper, and Alexander, making the games even more intense

But still the rilvary is there
the schools are a matter of 5-10 minutes away from each other aslo all 5 of siegels starters were originally from Oakland making the games even more heated

FINALLY some one from Siegel who can give an honest opinion not marred by jealousy. I knew I could count on you to be objective.
But then you actually have experienced playing for a GREAT coach who can take a GOOD group of kids a LONGGGGG way with discipline, great coaching, hard work, desire, and MOTIVATION> So you understand what kind of coach it takes to do this feat.
AND your coach in YOUR sport gets the same RESPECT as does YOUR team in my eyes and MANY others.
HINT.....and we aren't talking bball folk.
OAKLAND bball....keep proving folk wrong. What YOU believe is all that matters.
Couldnt agree more

Gotta be Oakland vs. Siegel or Oakland vs. Riverdale.
Even though the OHS vs. SHS isn't old it is still arguably one of the most crazy games you will ever see. Las Friday they played and there were 2400 people there many of which had to stand in the hall (at least 200) also hundreds were denied access at the door.
OHS vs. RHS goes pretty far back and is a huge rivalry. These 2 scholls were built at the same time and have been going at it for over 40 years
