I witness one of the best individual performances I've ever seen...period last night. Tony White Jr of Bearden put up 51 points in a 74-64 win over arch rival Farragut last night. He was 10-19 from the field, 4-8 from 3-point range and was an amazing 27-31 from the FT line. He is the quickest player that I have personally seen and after that performance last night would have to rank him as one of the Top PG's in the state. It was truly remarkable. At the end of the game all Bearden did was put it in his hands and he took over from there. Also, that is the largest crowd that I have ever seen in the Bearden Gym...Substate games included. It was Standing Room Only and there was hardly anyone sitting at the end of the game. Also anyone there can vouch for this...the halftime show was one for the AGES!!! It was an ureal atmosphere and one of the reasons why in my opinion that High School Basketball is one of the greatest venues to watch in all of sports
