CORRECT!! No college offers a 10th grader a scholorship. Much less a 9th grader. There may be cases where someone in the 9th or 10th grade is so far above the rest of the high school talent that a college could step forward at an earlier stage, but to believe anyone I have seen play this year has already been offered a scholorship in the 10th grade is funny. This is simply one player's mom talking up her daughter. If everyone has not realized it, SCORESANDSTATS is KOONS by another name. Not meaning to put down this player. She may turn out to be fair and get a minor college scholorship. But no major college is going to sign a Class A player period, much less a 10th grader. She is not even the best player on her team. So let others brag on her daughter. If she deserves it, she will get mentioned. GO DAWGS.

I guess congratuations are in order. However, look at your sectional matchup. OPPS. Region 6. That means no Sectionals wins for anyone is Region 5. Bank of it.

Pincheon is good, but I can argue for 2 or 3 others from Moore County and 2 or 3 from Cornersville for the MVP award. What stupid person made this list? Only one person from Moore County and Cornersville mentioned? Does everyone not know who SCORESANDSTATS is? Look at the post. Who is promoting her daughter with all the stats? SAD. After we beat Richland down again tonight, maybe you will change your tune. I would take the 5 starters from Cornersville and Moore County before I would take anyone from Richland. Even if you do you are still going home after one game in the region tournament just like everyone else from our District. At least we have showed that we can beat a District 12 team, Collinwood.

Richland has no chance of winning this tournament. They have 3 seniors and 2 juniors, but only 1 of those 5 play. One sophomore and one freshman should be starting. The others are either kin to someone or their parents provide money from the booster club. Most games only 2 of the 5 upper classmen play, and that is with Vaughn starting and one of the others coming off the bench for 2 or 3 minutes. With the lineup Richland is using, they have dedicated this year to next year. Bad mistake. I have news for you. With the exception of Glidden and Duke, the others are not getting any better. I doubt Glidden and Duke will stick around to play with a continuously weak team. Richland, your offense is too predictable. You can’t shoot with someone in your face and you are too slow to press. Sorry if the facts hurt but sometimes people need a lesson is reality. Your chances, 10%. Santa Fe. Your ball handling is too weak to compete. If you get by Huntland, you will not win another game. Your chances, 0% Cornersville. If we play like we did against Collinwood this year, we can win the tournament. Our chances, 40% Moore County. A favorite that is due for a fall. It is a long way down from high on the mountain. Stop your 3s and you are beaten. Your chances, 50%

The second round games should be, Moore County V Santa Fe Cornersville V Richland The finals should be Cornersville and Moore County. Richland and Santa Fe will play for third. Cornersville can win the championship!!

The student does not need any undue stress. I doubt she will care. However, when you live in a glass house, you know what they say about throwing rocks. Insults are also rocks. The loud mouth bluedevil fans that get on here saying how great they are then coward everytime they think someone could beat them. They have done so with Gleason and now ClarkRange and Da BEES. Hope they lose badly.

I guess someone from the state needs to investigate the school boundaries in Jackson County and player eligibility. With Jackson County wanting to do things correctly, I will call the state Monday and get it done for them. That way all those gold balls they have won will not be tarnished for cheating.

You are completely correct. However, Jackson County people put themselves in a position of attack by acting as if you are above everyone else. But that does not excuse singling out a student for rumors. Everyone except for Jackson County fans pull against their team because of their attitude. Yes, I know, they do not care. But if you do not care how people think about you, then do not blame others for talking you down. You reap what you sew. That being said, leave the kids out of it.

I went back and read all the recent posts and the best advise I can give you is to drop it. 90% of what you have said has been straightforward and for the most part, praise for JC. When you did say something negative it was for fun. It looks like some JC fans cant take it. I would not bother with them. Some fans obviously live their lives for Blue Devil Basketball and could not spell the word HUMBLE with 6 dictionaries and a spell check computer. Just leave them along. They should simply were a JC shirt and smile because everyone else knows how good the girl's team their is. But they cannot resist opening that mouth and be insulting, even when it is for fun. So just leave them along.

I responded to this post this morning but I guess CoachT or someone did not like my post so they removed it. I am not a Richland or CA fan, however, your post is insulting to your team. The turnovers last night were due to Richland's tough defense. So give credit where it is due. They beat you at your house by I think double digits and then you won by one last night. If they are inferior, what are you? Culleoka is the class of District 11 and you cant hold a candle to them. Come tournament time, they are going to put a beaten on you so bad your mama will not recognized you. You just happened to have caught Culleoka on 2 off nights. It will not happen again.

I can’t believe that I am saying this but I agree with roper, that Richland girl did take some hard fouls. That is part of the game. With the smiles that came to some of our girl’s faces when they occurred makes me believe if they were not intentional, they at least enjoyed them when they occurred. But you know something I remember the Raider fans chanting “trader” to one of our girls just because she did not play for you. Now that is bad. We will beat you this year, next, and the year after. We have a better coach and better support. And we play as a team. As for you, Roper, thanks for the kind comments. You are quick to step up and admit defeat. And you are getting so good at it. LOL. Sorry if we played too rough, but that is part of the game. We still love you man, just not on the court.

Moore County will win by 10 plus. EOKA will get their feelings hurt. Count on it.

what is a nash? a wrestler or what? this is an easy one, Cornersville 52 Nash and his or her teammates, 38. they appear to be getting worse. we are getting better although we had a let down with Sante Fa. that game woke us up. we are ready to beat the step children of Poorland. i mean richland.
