Tonight was a pitchers dual and Alcoa had the 1 big hit that was the difference in the game. Seymours still struggling at the plate. Graham pitched a good game. Hopefully tom. the sticks will finally get going for the Eagles. Rather it be now though then tourney time. Should be another good one tomm.

Its going to be a combination of Cody Church, Kraegen Caughron, and Kyle Koeneman. Monday will either be Church or Caughron.. and then tues will either be the other or Kyle. Whatever one doesnt get a start will be in relief. Probably will see Wil Lynam in relief a couple innings too one of the games. Should start district play off with a bang for both two.

Well, has anyone played Carter yet..? It should be a batlle all year long for this district because anyone especially the top 4 from last yr.. Seymour, Gibbs, Alcoa, Carter.. can beat any of the other at any time. When alcoa pitches Myers theyll be kept in the game. Gibbs can play well on any day you jus never know what team will show up but when theyre ready there tough. Carter is always tough top beat because theyll never lay down and they have alot of experience this year. Seymour's pitching is better than its been in a while as well as defense. Hitting is the down side but that will come as more games come. Good luck to every1 in 3AA though.

Yea they played.. Jeff County wins 5-1. Story pitched for Jeff Co. and DeBord for Seymour. Both pitched well .. Seymours bats are jus coming slow right now. Pitching keeps them in every game but to tough of a schedule to win when you cant get some runs on the board.. Jeff co. played good though, they got the hits when they needed them. I just hope the bats get warmer for Seymour soon, if not they are going to keep having trouble.

All that would be good but were talking about juniors... Cannon is a Senior.. Kyle can play though just goin thru a tough time right now just like everyone does at some point in a season. Cannon is good .... .but a senior.

I know all teams have waited for this day since last Summer.. so how did all the games go.

Kyle Koeneman from Seymour, Cody Hawn from South Doyle, and Lockwood from Halls can all tear it up.

South Doyle and Seymour had a pitchers duel with holland pitching a complete game 3 hitter and Seymour had Debord thru 2 Church 1 then Newman 2 and South Doyle won 1-0 in the bottom of the 5th.

William Blount will be a good team in AAA if they play the way they did tonite. Seymour pitched there like #5,6,7 but not taking anything away from W.B Seymour cannot win a game just scoring 1 run. McGill for WB had all his stuff going tonite. Good luck to william blount and if they play like that throughout the seaon they may make some noise in district play.

south doyle has a shot to go all the way this year. They always have a good chance but never could ever seem to get past farragut, but with them going down hill a lil bit this yr I think this may be the year. They are gonna be tough to beat by anyone if they play the way there capable of. If not th is year Im gonna say next year def is the year. Good luck either way.

District 3-AA will be a tough one to get through this year. Seymour is returning champs and have another good team, but Alcoa, Gibbs, and Carter all have good veteran teams all returning most starters from last year. I dont think any of those three lost more than 2 seniors. Whoever can make it to state from the east will be doing good with not only that district but also with AC, CAK, and Loudon in that region. While in region 1 there is Rutledge and PF being on top but who knows who else can get hot at the right time. Just ready to get it underway..Good luck to everyone though.

Hey I play for seymour, but shsbsbll33 is an idiot sorry for everything he said. AC has a good team and they did it good to make it as far as they did last yr. Most teams never make it that far. Good luck to them this year and maybe well meet back up with them this year again in region.

South Doyle will be the team to beat in that district. If anyone gets them in that district it will be bearden because they will be tough too.

Hey, Seymour lost about 5 seniors last year, but also have alot stepping up. Really depends on how the team comes together. Pitching should be looking good, and kyle will be back by the season he's not out pitching. Just ready to get the season under way. Seymour starts out seaon against rival Rutledge March 13th so that game will tell a lot.
