  1. I have not been there in several years. I hear that it is awesome however. Keep up the good work! ATRO
  2. Who are the marquee players for the Admirals this season? ATRO
  3. If he physically moved his address it doesn't matter. He can play for sure. If he did not physically move there is some complications. You can always appeal it for a hard ship or find another way that he can play. ATRO
  4. No just hot and heavy with basketball. On paper I think this is Seymour's year. But, you know as well as I that anything can happen in baseball. I think SHS has a lot of fantastic position players and I hope they are unified together from start to finish. I have high hopes for them. As far as the other district teams, I am not sure yet. I am going to watch some scrimmages and maybe have a better idea. Take care. ATRO
  5. I heard that Seymour scrimmages Anderson County today. Any of you guys know if it is still on? ATRO
  6. I'm here bro, just taking it easy. You? ATRO
  7. What is Seymour's record vs Rutledge in the past 3 seasons?
  8. Any Seymour guys know who is on the pitching rotation yet? Also how is Debord coming along?
  9. Any info on how strong the Eagles will be this year? Who are their featured players, positions etc?
  10. I am a young coach myself. I started coaching when I was 17 years old. I will say that age makes a difference, but not as much as experience. If a person starts coaching in their 30's or 40's that doesn't mean they know more. It's all about how much experience you have with the sport and most importantly how you communicate with the players and parents. The biggest mistake young coaches make is trying to be a friend to the players. Another mistake is not being consistent in their actions. Sometimes they can be too easy and other times too hard. I think if you have a coach that treats the players with respect and discipline and teaches the game and how to be a better person with good sportsmanship then you are very lucky to have him! ATRO
  11. At this point, each game that Cannon pitches they will likely win. He is every bit as good as the top pitchers in AAA but doesn't get the press. However, the games he does not pitch PF will lose.
  12. I think it depends on who pitches for SHS and how good they are early. We all know about Loudon's pitching but I'm not sure how they are with the sticks. Just like in the AC game, I think the team that jumps ahead first should likely win if pitching holds up. ATRO
  13. Since it is an odd year, I think it is played at Halls.
  14. I was told that Koeneman was pitching for Seymour. Don't know who SD will have on the hill. Even though district tournaments are coming up, this is still a huge rivalry game. I look for both teams to give all they have to win.
  15. Thanx Bizazz, I didn't see the other thread. I must be getting blind as well as old!!!! ATRO
