Courtney Beckwith a four year started for White House High School, as a forward, is playing for Tennessee Tech University. I have heard she is having some set backs in the preseason with getting cleared. She will be playing forward and back up keep. Along with her at Tech is also Taren Brown from Hendersonville, whom I believe is going to be starter in the defense.

Just becasue one person talks bad about a gam does not mean that you have to dis the team. The girls work very hard.

Jamison was the player that was hurt, no sure on her #. The last I heard it was just an ankle sprain, I do not know if she will be able to play any more this weekend.

7-1 In favor of Beech...Beckwith scoring at the end of the first half. Beech dominated, the first half scoring 5 or 6 of there goals in the first. White House cam out a little better in the second half, but the damage was already done.

WH had some scoring chances but most that they got they were fouled with no call and the ball was turned right back over. So once again due to the refs WH suffered.

I agree with timbdp, white house has two girls, Beckwith and Madden....Courtney Beckwith has speed and an amazing shot and cross....Caitlyn Madden on the other hand also has speed and is great with getting free from the defense

Yes the game was 2-2. Beckwith scoring on a break away in the start of the second half and then Beckwith scoring again on an a pass from Leggett on an indirect kick, Leggett just touched the ball to Beckwith and she made a very nice shot.

Yes, after waiting an hour and a half the game was canceled.

Macon County is Home at 7:00 p.m. on September 7 and Friendship Christain is Away at 5:00 p.m. on September 19

The games on 4-7 are canceled and the last I heard they will not be made up and go in the books as a 0-0 tie. Somebody please correct me if I have heard this wrong or if this has changed.

Yes, I know that. That is how you win games by taking your chances when they are given to you. Once White House let their guard down McGavock capitalized.

MaGavock 4 White House 0 White House and McGavock played solid first half, but White House lost it by the second half. They held MaGavock 0-0 till about 70 mins in. I believe that if White House would have played like they did the first half, the second half would have been very interesting.

I believe that if they can come together and play well I can see them winning. So, I agree if they really want to win, I am sure they can win. Yesterday they played Father Ryan and they held them 3-0 from what I have heard that is the best they have ever played against them. So, maybe they really do want it this year.

From what I know they do not have any one player or players that make a difference. I know that they have a pretty strong defense with some good senior leadership. For their offense, unless they have some good freshman, I believe they are really lacking up front. I think they will be able to hold some of the better teams but I am not sure about winning some very important games.

I have heard alot about how great White House is going to be this year, but in the past years they have not impressed me at all. Last year Station Camp was pretty good. Did they really lose that much talent in only 6 seniors? I have also heard that Mt. Juliet Christian is supposed to be pretty good, anyone know anything about them? Good luck to all teams this year!
