I think South Pittsburg will be a dominate force in the years to come. They now have an excellent mens basketball coach and a well established junior high program. I think teams such as Grace and Temple should watch out. A public school is on the rise in basketball. There will be some good games in the rackdome in the years to come.

Yea, I heard of Matt Jones. I heard he could throw the heater. Is he that good of a pitcher?

I can't believe this game!!!! Grace got wacked. What happened? I thought this would be a tight game. Does Grace have a bunch of people that are still playing basketball?

From what I saw out of him at Grundy Co., he hit his spots very good. He struck out five out of the first six batters. I didn't say that highschool kids couldn't hit balls that were in the high 80's, I said "that the majority of them probably couldn't".

If he is throwing in the high 80's, then I doubt many highschool players will be able to get the bat around to whack the ball. He will get better as the season goes along. He will make South Pittsburg a good whackball pitcher.

I heard it was that Mathews kid that was tailback. I heard he was throwing in the high 80's at Grundy the other day and was setting them down. That is a serious heater ball.

Yea, as a matter of fact, I think he was the JV coach. Little Cornpup did a decent job with them.

I bet he could throw some serious gas with those long arms. I heard South Pittsburg had one pitcher that came out this year that could throw in the high 80's. Is this true? This will help them out alot if it is.

If Grace will take the ball to the "rack" like they are capable of, they can win this game. This game will come down to the last few minutes in the fourth quarter.

What is Little Cornpup? Who is Coach Cornpup? I have never heard of this guy. Does he get the nickname from liking Kyrstal cornpups? Thats funny. If they do hire this Cornpup guy, I hope he can show them how to make free throws and how to take it to the rack.

For those of you that don't believe me, I just got off the phone with "the funky rooster" aka Antonio's dad. He told me that the funky chicken would go to the game, but not dress out. He said his hand is in too much pain to try to play. I think we are about to get "racked" without him. CSAS is too strong for us without the funky chicken. I hope his hand gets better before region.
