Im going to go ahead and predict that AC ends it district winless streak in the first round of the tournament...Some of you may chuckle, but you dont beat a D-Dub team 3 times in a row often. Coach Moore will get an early start on his 3rd layer of base tan this year. While he is busy warming up his tanning bulbs, the Mavs will be warming up the nets at CCHS.

BBall1234, AC basketball was loaded during that time period as well.... 20+ win seasons year in and year out. I think the best record in school history was during that time period (26-5). Only problem was that AE and Fulton were loaded too. Yes, this time period was when AC was in AA, but they competed with any and every AAA team that they played. There has been a definite drop in talent in the area. Some schools have been hurt much more than others though.

This right here is pretty funny!I love coacht, but i think its funny how people get on here to promote themselves...I highly doubt the schools involved are on here searching for candidates. According to "LeBron" and his "inside sources", he has called every hire in the Koxville area over the past few years. Only problem is that; well, he has called them wrong.

Brian Stewart (assistant at AC) Jon Higgins (assistant at Fulton) Lebrandon Marie AKA Stix(assistant at Karns) All three have worked under highly successful coaches at their current school and previous stops. they are relatively young and will recruit the halls/feeder schools to keep good players around.

i like the fact that gillum put TW back in to score once again. gillum did the right thing by taking his starters out to start the 4th quarter. what i dont understand is why a veteran coach would leave his starters in when the mavs had basically called off the dogs. sure, one possession was no big deal; go ahead and get an easy touchdown. i dont mind that, but THE ONSIDE KICK was CLASSLESS! if i was the mavs coaching staff, i would have put 70 on them.

i think they have done a better job splitting teams up evenly this year than they did last season. this is only the 2nd year of the league and there are still some kinks that need to be worked out. this league will continue to get better and more competitive. MMcCroskey, these leagues will always be ME, ME, ME. i wish this wasnt the case, but the same thing is happening with AAU.

they try to split the teams up as even as possible. the problem is that the knoxville players, as a whole, are head and shoulders better than the kids from surrounding counties. there are a few exeptions, but ONLY a few. honestly, no person named jethro will ever be able to stop lester wilson or galen campbell (or me for that matter).

AC's sophomore centerfielder, Richard "Brycen" Roberts, went 5 for 5 last night against Clinton with 4 homeruns! Does anyone know what the state record is for homeruns in a single game? Regardless, I want to congratulate this young man on an amazing night.
