  1. #19 is the best player I have seen all year period and I have seen a lot of good teams in Tenn this year in person or on CSS/TV. I sure hope Coach Kiffin was in the stands last night. And yes, Coleman will special as well.

As do I! LOCKING DOWN THE STATE!

  2. seen union university's coach at the gibson co crockett co game... ha i'm sure he liked what he saw as butler started out with 16 in the first quarter! ha i'll be surprised if she ends up somewhere other than union... seems like they get all the great local players from west tn... good game by lady pioneers again in another blowout!

I wont be surprised at all Heather Butler is something special she is going to make some D1 team happy

  3. Milan, how can you expect to have a great team when some of your fans stink so bad? It is so low class to leave the game when your team is playing hard; even if you are behind. Come on guys, this was the state championship game. Surely you can stay beyond the 3rd quarter. You want a great team, you got to have a great tradition. Part of that tradition has to be fans who are there with the team in good times and bad.

A second thought too. No doubt in my mind the number 1 team in the state was playing tonight (Aloca). The other team however, based on the games we have played, might be the number 4 team.

Until these other teams step on the field against the boys in purple Milan is #2 and you cant take that away from them. If we had played the entire game on offense like the fourth when something finally clicked well buddy its a dif ball game.

Oh and in reference to our fans you need to pay more attention and not just be another talking head. The earliest I saw anyone leave might have been with 5 min left in the game. You cant fault them for that. We def had more fans there than Alcoa, and heck there students were the only ones standing. Most of our fans stud yelling the entire game. If fans decided a ball game Milan would have spanked Alcoa tonight. We have some of the best fans in the state. That showed tonight. Alcoa's contingency looked like Neyland stadium on saturdays!

Oh and these so called better teams prolly dont have half the defense that Alcoa team does and on any given night when Milan is facing a normal high school D they are liable to hurt their feelings! Badly!

  4. Milan lost this game on the offensive side of the ball... the play calling was putrid... We should have seen Avery from the get go... Alcoa good game! Any offense from Milan and it could have been a great game!... I would have liked to have seen this game last year when Milan had good size on the line... That Alcoa D is everything it was hyped up to be... But at the same time so was Milan's, it just saw way to much of the field tonight... Have a great off season Alcoa hope to see you again next year!... And Id like to give props for the entire town of Milan showing up tonight! lol seriously!

  5. Just a friendly reminder to all Alcoa Fans and Players.

Let's do our best too NOT leave Murfreesboro in such a mess as the last four years!

    Let's hit even HARDER this year! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Was this really necessary? Check where you are getting something from before you post it next time. Thats really not cool or funny.

  6. I just heard this from a Milan Football player. Alabama coach Nick Saban was at the Milan Goodpasture game last night. He was there recruiting that Cunningham kid. He said that Saban came to the Milan side in the fourth to chat with Coach Morris. Anyone know if this is true? I have no reason to not believe this kid

  7. you speak highly of yourself /hungry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":hungry:" border="0" alt="hungry.gif" />

Wow , thats the most irrational thing ive heard on coach t .............ever. If your gonna post something , actually make a more educated contribution to the board than u just did, please.

Hey how about developing a sense of humor! Thats one of the funniest things iv ever read on this board

  8. I saw him catch Golden Tate his Soph year from across the field. I think he has more speed than golden. That is something.

If you don't know who Golden Tate is, then watch Notre Dame Saturday.

I know who Golden Tate is and just incase your not paying attention im not knocking his speed. Thats the only thing that makes him a good back

  10. Congrads to Milan, you had the better team tonight. I hope you can put of a fight next friday night.

Did you expect him to get 200-300 yrds rushing in the semi game tonight against one of the best defences in 2A? He did get 100 yrds.

ruthlessdcfan08, where can I buy the stuff that you are smoking? Seems like pretty good stuff.

Picked it up in Nashville on my way home from the Boro this weekend. Thing is GP fans made it sound like we wouldnt touch this guy tonight. He got little two yard runs all night and the bulldogs shut him down. Milan was simply to physical and fast for his style of running.

  11. If Milan wasn't a bunch of wusses and would of kicked off to him, he would of got many more yards. You could tell how scared a team is of a player is when they kick it short to the 35 yrd line just so #24 wouldn't get the ball.

I listened to the internet broadcast and even the Milan announcers were scared to kick it to him. I don't blame Milan one bit.

Well if you let a guy with that kind of speed and quickness get the ball deep it could be dangerous no matter who you are. Personally I think they would have rounded him up. Id like to point out that GP didnt kick to us either.
