i'll say something negative about his game...he shoots the ball too hard if the ball doesn't go straight in it doesn't get a favorable bounce off the rim-- it comes off long...i'll give him his credit though he is an above average freshman but he isn't the great kid you all think he is

for some reason i believe his dad, a former MTSU player himself, had something to do with that too...IMO he didn't want to play varsity because he knew he'd have to play sidekick to gooch, and he probably wanted all the limelight...i've seen this kid play some over last 3 years and he seems (and i have heard) like the 2nd coming of jimmy when it comes to his attitude

i think having a key player shoot 3-20 or so in the state tourney cost yall too

it's harder for teams to get as pumped up as usual when they know two starters on the other team will be out...it's very easy to just go through the motions intead of playing with a passion, and i believe that's what oakland did last night

Actually that post of his was pretty accurate...both taylor and that #5 shoved and grabbed and did whatever they could to oakland's players, esp. to allen. taylor's 5th foul was especially dirty-- intentionally and maliciously shoving allen on a breakaway layup...he was given a flagrant for it but IMO there is no room for actions like that in athletics.

Blackman's baseball team has no pitching left so i don't think the 13 seniors really matter-- besides Cole and Barnes of course. And blackman's 13 seniors have nothing on oakland's super 7! but back to basketball...i can't wait for oakland to tip off its district schedule tomorrow night--- i can't wait to be in the first row of our student section tomorrow when we unviel our new secret shirts!!!

haha who plays HOCKEY? and there is no way blackman is better than their 2-2 record...It's cool to be a fan of blackman athletics man but at least see the reality of the situations here.

Wilks is a baller...he has an unbelievable mix of talent, athleticism, and strength

Oakland played Clarksville Northeast this summer and beat them soundly by 20 points thanks to their stellar defense on Walker...he is a heck of a player and definately one of the best around.
