“Greeneville is really good.” -me on air. Thanks for watching.
We all know the obvious. I’m talking about the info stating we were losing at half. Never made it to half. Why don’t you go watch that film? It’s online

Both the Borders’ are awesome players. We’re blessed by all the great athletes at the 19 schools we cover.
Not trying to attack you personally at all, just don’t want 1) a kid to think we aren’t for him when we absolutely are or 2) people to think we are against their schools when we definitely aren’t. Kids deserve people to highlight them, that’s all we’re trying to do. Happy Thanksgiving
Make sure you info is correct about the opposing teams before going on air and looking dumb as well. While our games were stopped due to weather use the correct info especially with the Alcoa game. I have a really good feeling after the game tomorrow you’ll be thinking just how good Greeneville is. 35-14

Well hello everyone. Mighty nice to see all of you again at this time of the year. I’m going to keep it rather short and sweet.

Swipes whatever happened to DevilMan03? I kinda enjoyed his over the top posts he was hilarious lol. As for the game if you keep up with 4A since Greeneville went on their run, this semifinal game takes a step back from the round 3 game of whoever survives Betsy , AC and Greeneville. This one will be no different. I honestly don't think Upperman could beat AC or Betsy.

Shame we couldn’t see this game to the end. But I will say if Greeneville didn’t wanna play this game it would never have been scheduled. Greeneville will play anyone and they’ve proven that over the years. The no contest was out of the players and coaches hands and I assure you they wanted to strap up and continue playing and win that game.
Hopefully the rest of the season will be better than the first half. Go Devils! Fire Snot Baby!

Is it just me or has Diamond clear media dropped the ball again?

Haywood imo will be their test. Haywood is known for big physical teams

Wow go ahead and eat some crow with a lot of others. after that BEAT DOWN Greenville won’t ever be relevant again. They’ll make it to the 3rd round and that’s it. After that few year run they ain’t nothing
Lol looks like someone’s out of detention

I’m just now getting off late at work sorry for my absence. What I was saying earlier if ac doesn’t win state then it’s all for nothing. Don’t get caught up in this win and thinks it’s all over because it’s not. Redbank will be waiting and possibly Haywood.
I also agree with the other Gville commentor about the last name and the qb position. I feel we all would agree the better qb was on the sideline for the devils but he will get his shot next year for sure and that’s just my opinion. We’ve been handicapped at the position when the time mattered most.
On to Defending the Basketball Back to back titles now. See y’all on the hardwood -
Not having short hurt a lot and Dabbs still not being 100% hurt them a lot but penalties and turnovers cost them the game. It’s important to know ac still has 2 games left. This is nothing if you lose the next or game after

Qb play has been something we’ve lacked imo. The better passer is on the sidelines and we will get his cannon next year. No pun intended. Corbin Cannon

The playbook will be “condensed” to make sure the throws are simple and easy. GRv tends to get conservative in the playoffs. And esp with this year. Both tight ends will be used more tonight..
I looks for us to come out and run the ball.

Lol they have a show every Friday night. The host said this either last week or the week before.Go to bbbtv12.com and look for Friday night scoreboard. You can even hear the Anderson county head coach call in and talk a little about Greenville after the Elizabethton game .One of the host went and watched Greenville versus Fulton and seemed to think Greenville was going to be way over matched tonight
I watched that every time we beat them because they’re always so mad lol Devils roll tonight behind the Defense!
hopefully Quillen has a good night tonight. He’s shown in the past to struggle with the cold imo.- 1

The local Friday night football show in Anderson Co has Mavs by double digits. The host of show says he has seen both live and said Greenville is lacking the star power they have had in past. Can Greenville defense hold up vs 2 power backs and great QB.Greenville fans how would you compare your Oline and run game to the past 2-5 years
Would love to hear that. Where can I watch and laugh?

Good point! We have two more games to win before we get to worry about how we stack up with Greenville/AC

If Betsy offense gave as the cows problems then Greeneville’s is bound to really hurt them

Just more stuff to ponder. AC has had to push through some tough games, sometimes into the 4th quarter. The game against Rhea county was one where they should have beat that team by 5 scores but had 5 or 6 turnovers.
The first game against Betsy. Came out thinking they had it won and got punched in the mouth, had to get going and battle back.
The second game against Betsy. AC was about 2 scores better than them. Betsy would score and AC would answer. The last drive on the ground was impressive by the line, even though we fumbled on the 1.
The Bearden game was similar to the 2nd Betsy game in that AC had to answer every time Bearden tried to make a game of it.
I say all that to bring up this. AC has had to play some games into the 4th quarter. Besides the MO West game has GV had to dig deep this season? I'm in no way saying they can't or won't. I'm just wondering if that experience will matter in this game. I think from an historical standpoint it benefits AC since in years past they have fell apart at times once GV gets a break, a lead or a big play. Maybe AC will be more composed if that happens again this year.
Just stuff to consider. GV is still the overwhelming favorite, ranked #1, and with a history of recent success over AC. AC is still the underdog.
Yes Greeneville’s had to do that a couple times this year but the best thing imo is the defense and offense go against each other every week in practice so they’re ready for anyone because the go against the best all week

Lets go TOMCATS!!! I believe they have a good chance this year!! As long as they play focused like they have this season, i don't think anyone can beat them (in 4A).
Lol

The elephant in the room. I am a little concerned. I think a big key is GV has/is prone to penalties. Some penalties IMO like any team are calculated meaning it benefits a team if the referee doesn't see it. We had a lot of holding/interfering our receivers this year and for most part they have been called great. Little penalties can change a close game. Not saying GV will be holding etc. But it is football and it happens.
Penalty issues have been better over the course of the season. This Greene Machine is ready and the best defensive unit the cows have seen all year. Just ask Betsy. Who’s got the stats from that game handy?

Oh btw Greeneville has won 7 in a row over the Cows
